When I copy and paste from one source material to another within adobe reader, all the words are in one sentence. I have to take extra time to separate the words using the space bar. Can this be fix?

Can't always make sense of its effect, but I suspect what your seeing comes under the influence of Photoshop > Preferences > General > Options > Resize Image During Place

If this were a project that I was involved in, I would recapture the media at the correct frame rate and rebuild the sequences correctly.
Moving from production, to post production, to delivery is a series of steps, and the success of any particular step is based on having all the preceding steps done correctly.
Shortcuts and workarounds tend to create awkward and difficult problems, that often only surface late in the process.

If you know how many rows/columns you are planning to paste, then make the table that big BEFORE you paste. In addition select all cells in the table by selecting any cell, then type the key combination <COMMAND>+a (for select all.
Then use the cells inspector to make the cells formatted as text:

Why do objects get bigger when I copy and paste from one Keynote document to another?

I have 2 keynote presentation files open. I select some objects on one slide, apple-C to copy, go over to a blank slide in another file, and apple-V to paste. The item(s) get pasted but are much bigger - they take up way more of the new slide than they did for the old one. What am I missing? Why can't I copy it with the same relative size it used to have?

Chances are that small file used to be a PowerPoint file - PowerPoint deals in inches instead of pixels (which blows my mind).
I would first convert the smaller file to a larger resolution - that should keep most of the scaling intact - and then copy and paste. In my opinion you'll probably have to re-polish your presentation once you've changed the resolution as some things will probably be a bit wonky.

Some web mail software doesn't automatically create a hyperlink for a URL for any browser except for Internet Explorer.
When you are viewing the Reply box in this forum, there is a "toolbar" with icons at the top with B, I, a "chain" image, numbered list, and bullleted list. Look for a similar "toolbar" in your web mail software and use the "chain" or '''links''' button to create a hyperlink for those URL's.

I often paste copy from websites when I am researching. In Safari, the fonts and font sizes of the copy are preserved, but when I do it in Firefox, they are changed to the same size of Verdana. I prefer the fonts to be retained from the websites, but I can't get Firefox to do this.

How can i copy and paste from one spreadsheet to another?

Trying to shuffle around the rows as part of an everchanging schedule. When i copy and paste from one spreadsheet to the other, the images overlay each other as if i were litterally cutting them out of paper and then sloppily pasting to another. Is there a way to set them up so crosscutting is more seamless in appearance?

JRC,
The reason you get that result is that you are pasting the rows to the canvas of your second document instead of into an existing table.
Instead, make a large blank table in your receiving document and paste into that table only after clicking on the cell where you want the first cell of the copied data to be positioned.

I have a timeline in premiere cs55 with MTS files, i copy and paste all the timeline from premiere to after, all work and i have a precomposition for each MTS source file which is what I want.
I have an other timeline with QT prores mov files, i do the same ( copy and paste to after effects), all work but i have only footage without precomposition of each mov files...
Do somebody knows why ? what I need to do to have this automatic precomposition by file source when i copy and paste from premiere to after effects ?

Trim Compose script is nice but it's not exactly what I want.
For instance : If I have 3 sources clip A, B and C each 10 minutes. I edit on the timeline and keep for instance 5 differents small parts of clip A, 3 of clip B, 7 of clip C, every thing mix in time, like we can do for an interview editing.
I want to put in after effects a composition with my final edit with use of edit of 3 precomp of entire clip A, B, C. This way i can make a key or color correct etc.. in each 3 precomp only and have all my shots with these key or color correct in my final comp..
in fact Trimcompose like but with only one precomp per source file, edit in final timeline... Sorry difficult to explain for me in english..
It is what happen with my MTS files in my project but i don't know how it's happen...

Open both of your images in the Editor. Click on the image you want to copy and press Ctrtl+A (select all) followed by Ctrl+C (copy) then click the tab for your other image and press Ctrl+V (paste)
Alternatively click on your background image then simply drag the second image from the photo/project bin and drop it into the main editor workspace on top of the background image. Use the move tool to position and the corner handles of the bounding box to scale.

Swatch palette becomes full of unused colors when copy and paste from one document to another!!

sometimes (i haven't found a pattern yet of when) when i copy and paste an object that is solid black (for example) into another Illustrator document, a bunch of unused swatches copy into the swatch palette for no reason! lots of "default global colors" and PMS swatches. i then have to 'select all unused' and delete them all to clean out the palette (which always seems to stall while thinking when selecting or deleting them). often times i get the global swatch warning (always 2x, not just once) before placing an object and before the whole swatch palette fills up with unused colors.
this has only happened recently in the last few months and i have been using Illustrator for years so i'm not sure what's stemming this. a new update? has anyone else noticed this problem and know a solution? is there a preference checked somewhere that i don't know about?
guess i should mention i'm on CS3 Illustrator running MAC OS 10.5.6

I've had this problem before as well and it has to do with a currupt file that your coppying from. It's too complicated to explain here so here is my fix for it.
I take the file and save it down or up in CS1. Open infected file in CS1. Create a new file in CS1 the same size as the one you've opened. Select all and drag and drop into the new empty file. Don't copy paste, it must be dragged into the file. You can then delete all global colours and save your file. The curruption will be gone. There's a way to check suspect files to see if they have the deleted global colours present. Open your suspect file in a text editor like simple text, scroll down a little way and if you see a bunch of lines of code mentioning "deleted global colours" then you know it's infected and has to be fixed.

I can no longer copy and paste from one layer to another in Illustrator (5.5). This started happening a few days ago. Restarting Illustrator and also my computer (Mac) didn't help. Any ideas?

To clarify: If I select an object in layer 1 using command/c or command/x then select layer 2 and press command/v the object gets pasted back into layer 1 instead of layer 2. I've tried everything I can think of and can't correct the problem.
Now the only way I can get an object from one layer to another is to drag it into another layer in the layers window.

Are you sure PDF won't work? It should as what you're trying to do is pretty much what it is designed for (PDF - Portable Document Format). On a Mac anywone who receives the file should be able to see it in all its page layout glory by using the app Preview or Adobe Reader. Same on a PC, the file should be viewable as a PDF file using Adobe Reader and probably some other viewer (don't use PCs so not sure what other apps).
What application are you creating the file in and are you sure you're exporting it correctly in PDF format, fonts and images embedded?
