You can download it via iTunes on your computer or from your iPad. Just search for the App on your iPad in the App store, and it won't have a price, it will say "Install."
From your iTunes you just drag it back to your iPad.

I am trying to downloadapps onto the iPad we just purchased, and it keeps telling me that I need to authorize my computer. I go ahead and authorize by going into iTunes/store/authorize computer, I verify the information that is given. I go back and try to redownload the apps and I get the same exact message, this computer is not authorized for this device. What am I doing wrong?
I have been trying to work through this problem by myself and have so far downloaded the most current version of iTunes. Frome there when it tells me I have to authorize this computer, I had to not put in the iPad information, I had to authorize with my current iTunes information, and any iPad or iPod, iPhone information. I have several people in the family that have different accounts, so I had to authorize each and every individual account because I didnt know which apps or music was purchased under which user. Recently I got my Iphone unlocked. Earlier I was using it on ATT n/w. After unlock i am using it in India with a service provider here.
The problem that I am getting is, the phone was able to pick up the network and am able to make calls and messages. Data plan is still to be activated so cant confirm on that, but all the apps that were there on my phone got wiped out on its own. Since I wasnt sure as to what happend, so I reinstalled the apps today morning. I saw the apps getting installed and then left to get ready for my office. after nearly 30 mins I saw nothing was getting syncronized so disconnected the phone and left for Office. On reaching office when I checked for my usual Apps, I could see only the apple apps and none other available there. Need to know whats the issue and how to resolve it. Please can someone help me on this?I can not get to iPhone screen, so no way to get to Settings. That is the problem. When I connect phone to iTunes I get screen asking to insert SIN card. On the phone I'm getting Cinfigure screen asking Launguage , Country or Region, Wi-Fi, ( I can connect to my home wi-fi), and last screen "Activating your iPhone". After two minutes of waiting IM getting message: Your iPhone could not be activated because the activation server in temporary unavailable. try connecting to iTunes or try later or contat apple.com/support.
Like I mention, I went to Bell as well Rogers store and tried to insert active SIM card with no results.

No. What's on your iMac is a backup and you can re-install (re-sync).

As long as the app remains in the store then you can re-download it via the Purchased tab in the App Store app, or via the Purchased Link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes : re-downloading.
Similarly ibooks can be re-downloaded, and depending upon what country that you are in then music, films and tv shows may also be re-downloadable (if they remain available in the store). -
When i delete an App it won't delete in my iCloud backup options
When I delete an app and I look at the iCloud backup settings the app is still in the cloud. But I want that the app is automatically deleted from icloud

When trying to download apps to my ipad, I get a message saying a secure connection could not be established and to check my date and time settings. Can someone tell me what this means and how to fix the problem?
It's a POP account. I decided to clean up my mailbox today after noticing the computer was real slow after USA Today started sending their daily top stories with new graphics. Also before I noticed the problem with mail deletion - two things happened. 1) I updated security sofware as prompted by Apple and 2) downloaded Mackeeper and went throught some preliminary scans but did not buy their package. On my iPad, if I deleted the iCloud account that I am signed in with, does it delete the entire account (even on other devices)? And would that also delete the apps on the iPad downloaded with that iClouds account?
They were initially setup with the smae Apple ID but when you delete the iCloud account from the phone you disassociate iCloud items on your phone.
If you want to rid the device of the Apple ID completely you will need to sign out in seceral places:
Settings > iCloud > Delete Account
Settings > Messages > Turn off iMessage
Setings > FaceTime > Turn off FaceTime
Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Apple ID > Sign out
Settings > Game Center > Apple ID > Sign out
Note: You can keep the iTunes & App Stores sign in to share purchases without any effect on anything else
You should consider getting your own Apple ID. -

A private web screen shows up when I close down apps on my ipad, but I don't want to see that web page EVER. It is a private "incognito" Skype number that I don't want ANYONE to see.
Yeah, I'm 95% sure that I did that after I closed that Skype, so I was a bit shocked when I saw that screen pop up later :/

When in DFU mode and connected to the computer iTunes does not say anything but iTunes will see the iPod and you can restore the iPod via iTunes. When in recovery mode and you connect, iTunes will say it found an iPod in recovery mode.
