When I downloaded adobe, Skype, creative cloud, they all get seen as external devices. I can see them under finder, external devices as a list. Is this ok or incorrect?
I have Mac Book Pro.
I did a clean install of Yosemite.
Now when I download adobe flash player, Skype and other applications they are seen in the devices section of finder window. ( with a hard disk icon to their left)
Please can someone advise if this is fine ?
I would be downloading many applications, will they all sit under devices section ?
Please help out urgently.

Ok, I even found the Export tab -> Manage modules, and I see the Photoshop.com module. (Which kind of helps? Kind of.... But is that a separate storage area from my Creative Cloud drive? I believe it is seperate, yes?) I tried to drag Creative Cloud link into the Manage modules, and that didn't work. So, is there no Creative Cloud Export Module in Bridge?
That just doesn't make any sense to me that there is not seamless interconnectivity between a storage drive and an application that is intended to map and "bridge" all of your stored data for easier project integration.

I've never seen this issue, and I handle many iPads, of all versions. WiFi issues are generally local to the WiFi router - they are not all of the same quality, range, immunity to interference, etc. You have distance, building construction, and the biggie - interference.
At home, I use Apple routers, and have no issues with any of my WiFi enabled devices, computers, mobile devices, etc - even the lowly PeeCees. I have locations where I have Juniper Networks, as well as Aruba, and a few Netgears - all of them work as they should.
The cheaper routers, Linksys, D-Link, Seimens home units, and many other no name devices have caused issues of various kinds, and even connectivity.
I have no idea what Starbucks uses, but I always have a good connection, and I go there nearly every morning and get some work done, as well as play.
You could try changing channels, 2.4 to 5 Gigs, changing locations of the router. I have had to do all of these at one time or another over the many years that I have been a Network Engineer.

everytime i turn on my computer a bunch of adds pop up and there are also a bunch on all browsers ever since i downloaded fire fox
when i first downloaded firefox there were so many adds poping up it shut down my computer

I created a slideshow and when I went back to look it plays the music but not the pictures - I can see them in the top row but they don't show up even if I click on them - music still plays!
With the amount of information you've provided it's impossible to offer a potential solution. We can't see your computer so we need to know the details of your problem and setup, i.e.:
what version of iPhoto are you using?
what system version are you running?
are you able to view the photos in full size in the library?
what fixes have you tried?
where is your library located?
did you apply any updates or upgrades just prior to the problem occurring?
are you running a "managed" or "referenced" library?
what type of Mac?
how much free space on your boot drive?

Error 201 indicates that the download of the installation files was unable to be resumed successfully. I would recommend utilizing a different Internet connection. If you are connected via WiFi try a wired connection. If you are connected via a wired connection then please try a different cable

Where is Adobe Encore CS 6 at to download in the creative cloud?
I've searched every where I could in the cloud and cannot find adobe encore cs 6 to download. I am a member of the creative cloud and they say members have access to CC and CS6 apps. At least that is my understanding. Does anyone know how or have a link to download it? It obviously isn't in my adobe application manager.

No, I can download stuff, it just seems that I'm not getting everything. Like being able to open creative cloud app from start menu... I can't figure out why I don't have that.
and my application manager doesn't look like the one on the adobe website, though I think that's the actual creative cloud app... I've attached a screen shot of it. See if it looks right to you.

When I start downloading apps on creative cloud with windows 7 professional 64 bit, Creative cloud blanks out and stays blank til I re-start the program. I have tried re-installing it and deleting the OMP file. What do I have to do to be able to install apps?

Get error U44M1I210 when trying to download PhotoshopCC with Creative Cloud
I recently bought a new laptop with Windows 8. I downloaded and installed Creative Cloud with no apparent problems. I then downloaded and installed Lightroom5 from Creatuve Cloud with no problems.
I then started the download and install process for PhotoshopCC and went to bed. This morning It had stopped. It said to quit Lightroom5 and retry. When I did I got the error U44M1I210: unable to extract downloaded files.
I tried help and found a related U44M error problem that suggested uninstalling PhotoshopCC and trying again. I did this and got the same error. (There was no PhotoshopCC to uninstall this time.) It suggested closing and reopening CC. I did that.
The problem persists.
Does anyone have suggestions?I am new to the forum. I am having a problem finding out how to post and display the post. When I couldn't find out how to reply to Jeff, I sent emails. They are listed but I can't figure out how to display the content.
I took the advice in one of the links and restarted the computer. I then started creative cloud and hit "install" for Photoshop CC. After a couple of hours it said the installation was successful but a patch failed.
I have lost the original but the error message now reads
"Update Failed
Download error. Press Retry to try again or contact cutomer support.(49)"
Trying again gave the same message.
I went into the photoshop folder and started photoshop.exe.
It nominally appears to work except that the print and symbols are almost unreadable. (this is probably due to the 3200x1600 screen resolution).
Any comments?
