FaceTime is part of the OS. I don't understand why you would be asked that question. The only phones that do NOT have facetime are those intended for some countries in the Middle East where it is illegal. Facetime has been removed from those phones and can not be added back.

My husband and I have been using our iCloud account for music and ap purchases only. I have decided that i would like to now create a new icloud account so that i can sync my calendar and contacts. I read about doing this online and it looks simple and easy ... and yet, when i go to switch it on my iphone, there is only 1 place for an icloud account (our shared account) and it is greyed out so that I cannot change it. Whenever a menu choice is grayed out, that is because you have Restrictions turned on in Settings. Be sure to turn it off.
You are confusing an itunes store account with an icloud account. You two can continue using the same ID for itunes (thus sharing purchased music, apps, etc.), but you really should have separate accounts (different IDs) for icloud, since an account is intended for one user to keep his/her devices in sync.
To create a new icloud account, go to

Then go to Settings>icloud and scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap Delete Account. (have restrictions turned off) That will disconnect the device from the account but will not delete data in icloud or other devices. Then sign in using the new ID. -

The drivers are there. I see this quite often. What's happened is the supported devices list on the Mac is a little out of date. All you should have to do is disconnect the printer from the Mac, run Apple Software Updates, restart the Mac, connect the printer back to the Mac, and add the printer's queue to the Mac. When I first opened my itunes acct. i was sharing with my daughter. some time ago she got her own acct. i thought i should get my own too. so for the last several years i used my new acct. i reciently wanted to add some new cds to my ipod and it said that some of the songs that i purchased were no longer there. and were associated with a different acct. so i tried to log in to my old acct. but it asked for my birthday and the one i entered didnt match the records, and i no longer have the email address from the old acct to email me so i can reset the password. i have well over 100 songs that i purchased back then and i cant believe i cant get them back!! someone please help me. i love my music and i really want my other songs back.
Contact AppleCare at 800.694.7466, and ask for account security. You will need to answer some questions to verify your identity, AND you will need access to a computer to generate a temporary support pin.

I recently had to replace my laptop and now I can't sync iTunes and my phone - the message is that the laptop is not authorised and when I try and authorise it it says that the itunes store is currently unavailable - but it is available on my phone, and I have been trying for over 24hrs - it should be available by now.
I have checked my firewall settings and they are ok

pwmYes, you can sync your own music to your iPod via your computer's iTunes. If you have the music on your computer but not yet in your computer's iTunes then if it's in a compatible format then you should be able to add it via File > Add To Library - if it's not in a compatible format you will need to convert it first.
If your iPod is on iOS 3 then it sync to the iPod app, if it's on iOS 5+ then it will go into the Music app (in iOS 5 the iPod app was redesigned and renamed).

Are you sure you are selecting the correct app in the App Store? Some apps have two different versions for the phone and the iPad and if you are looking at an iPhone version of the game, then it would show up as having a cost associated with it since it would be a separate app.

When trying in install windows 7 on my mac, the Boot Camp Assistant attempts to fownload windows support software. However, the program continues to return the following error: the windows support software "not currently available from the Software Update server."
Is there another way to get this software?64 bit. I found the support drivers and got the windows installation done. When trying to run the 64 bit support drivers in Windows 7, it says my computer doesn't support 64 bit. Sooooo.....

My new (2 months old) 5s fingerprint recognition sensor does not work. It worked well when I first got it but now to get it to work I have to redo my fingerprints every few days, which completely negates the convenience and cost of the phone. I have tried all the tips and they help a little but it always stops working and I have to redo my fingerprints. Does Apple read these comments? Is there an app that might help?

I also have iPhone 5s on day one and it's working since. When it's not registering, I just clean the Home button and it works straight away.
Did you try when registering fingerprint using all angles? It should learn the more you use it.
