When I go to the app store on my iPod and iPad graphics do not show in the description, why?
why doesn't the graphics appear when I click on an app for description?
so far nothing has helped, all discussions are not related to what I am having a problem with.
this all has to do with the iTunes app store.

I recentley bought a ipod touch 5.01,set all language to English.....every thing i view is in English except when i view (open) itunes or apps store it is in German, I live in England, I was born in England, and i speak only English. I want my itunes and apps store to open and display in English. I have messaged the apple help and telephoned the help, both was helpful but no matter what i do in setting (even in reset, which i've done) my ipod will keep reverting back to German in Itunes and Apps store. All other data in my ipod is in English........just the itunes and apps store grrrrrrrrrrrr.
Please help :-)You can only use the German iTunes/App store if you are located in Germany. The German store is in the German language.

Sorry... But... You cannot use other countries itunes stores.
You must be within the Country with a Valid Billing Address and Credit Card for that Country to use the iTunes Store of that Country...

Are the app in the App Store country specific?
I was looking for the app "Salesforce Dragon" in the App Store to add to my iPad but could not find it and yes all filters where removed. When I make a search for "Salesforce" I come up with 42 app's while my counterpart in the USA comes up with 46 out of the same search. Does it make a difference if I'm in Canada?

GillesYes, it certainly makes a difference. A developer has complete control over where an app is released, and many developers choose to release an app only in certain countries. If Nuance has decided for some reason not to release that app in Canada, or has removed it for some reason, then it won't be available to you. You'll need to contact them and ask whether they have any plans to release the app in Canada in the near future.

I have deleted the email address attached to my Apple ID. I know what the email address is but it is non-existant. I thought I remembered the password but apparently it is incorrect? When I go to the App Store on my iPod and click my account to try and sign out. It does nothing and the button is faded out. When I try to download a free app it asks for the password for the old account with a deleted email attached to it. How do I sign out of this account on my iPod so I can sign in to another Apple ID to download apps?
- Go to settings>Store and sign out and sign into another account.
NOTE:
- Apps are locked to the account that purchased them.
- To update apps you have to sign into the account that purchased the apps. If you have apps that need updating purchased from more than one account you have to update them one at a time until the remaining apps were purchased from one account.

I have a new ipad and everything works but can't connect to the app store. Itunes works and the wifi seems to be working but i get a blank white screen when i open the appstore. Nothing will load unter the features or charts tab so i cant download any apps. Purchased and updates tab loads fine. Any suggestions?

Safari is not working on the Mac. Internet is fine. mail, App Store etc all working and connecting to Internet fine. Done the latest software update, still not working. When selecting a web address from bookmarks or typing in search bar, partial blue bar only and coloured wheel appears.
From the Safari menu bar, select
Safari ▹ Preferences ▹ Extensions
Turn all extensions OFF and test. If the problem is resolved, turn extensions back ON and then disable them one or a few at a time until you find the culprit.
If you wish, you may be able to salvage the malfunctioning extension by uninstalling and reinstalling it. That will revert its settings to the defaults.
If extensions aren't causing the problem, see below.

You can try to tell the iPod to use yours:
1. Tap Settings
2. Navigate to "iTunes & App Store"
3. Tap Apple ID:

WHen I first installed iOS 6 the App Store crashes...and now having iOS 6 for 2 weeks now, all my apps are buggy and now are crashing! Safari and built in apps are becoming slow and crash. I hate how apple leaves iPod touch 4g and iPhone 4 in the dark and basically force us to upgrade to newer devices. Apple could of done better with the update and needs to resolve these issues.
Try:
- Reset the iPod. Nothing will be lost

least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
- Restore from backup
- Restore to factory settings/new iPod.
- Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.

I can not install app's from the app store on my phone,and when i try, i get a message tells me (cannot connect to itunes store) that happened after i updated it to "IOS6" . it's a "IPhone4 S"
Remember, any purchased item from the itunes store is forever associated with the Apple ID used to buy it. So when you get prompted for an ID/password and it doesn't accept it, then you are using the wrong ID.
Go to Settings>iTunes and App Stores, be sure it's logged into the ID you have set on the iphone (since that one seems to be connecting with the right ID). If you've done this, then you might wait a bit to see if the "cannot connect to .. store" message has to do with internet connections.
