When I include a web link in my Hotmail email, it isn't blue. My recipients have to 'cut and paste' my links to use them. With Explorer the links are blue and folks just 'click' on them. Is there a setting in Firefox to allow links to be 'clickable'?
Is there a setting to change to make included links in my emails true links instead of 'cut and paste' links?

Today when I was searching with Google. The display of the results started getting smaller and smaller, right before my eyes, and I could not stop it, and I was doing nothing, but reading the screen. I cannot find anything to tell me how to get the larger size display back. All the other search engines, such as Bing, Yahoo are displaying correctly. When taking pictures with my iPhone 4S and when I use the flash the pictures come out blue but wen I don't use the flash the pictures come out great. Can someone please answer my question to why that is happening
Do you have a case on your phone? Many cases get a reflection from the sides and bleed light over the picture.
The flash is naturally green/blue colour anyway..so it could be just that. -
When starting up my HP g62 notebook with recovery disks pixels are HUGE and i cannot proceed
The problem I was tryinmg to fix was that while booting up, the screen goes black, although the motherboard is working and I can hear the whirring of the disk drive. So I figured I would start up and recover the whole ststem...but when I did this, the screen was made up of HUGE pixels..everything qwas huge, including the cursor.

I see that when you try to do the recovery with disks, the "pixels are huge" and it makes it so you cannot proceed. I will try to help you with this.
A suggestion to start with that may make it so its not so large on the screen.
press ctrl + minus (-) or ctrl and scroll on your mouse, this acts as a zoom feature. It may allow you to continue.
You may also have to adjust the screen resolution.

So we just got a new Macbook and I also installed the apple configurator tool. I'm using it to prepare the iPads for deployment and it won't let me prepare them? It gets an error stating "retrieving iOS info from apple" then it stops and says "internet error". My Internet connection is fine with the Mac-book. It shows the iPad is listed under the Prepare logo up top as 1 but under supervise none are shown. Although it does show itself in iTunes. Also the profile I created is fresh and has no errors. We have tryed nearly everything I cna think of and online forums are not giving us to much info on this error.

There's generally no reason to be closing them that way at all. The apps you see in the recents bar are just that, apps that you used recently. Most of them are doing absolutely nothing. The only apps that are really doing anything in the background are ones that play music and ones that are using location services. Just leave them be.

I just loaded some July pictures into my PC iCloud photos upload folder, but I do not see them with my iPad. Are they not shared because they are past the 30 day window, or is there a different issue?
Generally I would not use Facebook for sharing any photos, it compresses the photos substantially, and when you have shadows and dark colours you get visible "bands" where there should be subtle gradients, ie at sunsets and sunrises.
It sounds like you are using two methods to upload to Facebook:
1. Sharing from within Aperture, which basically syncs Facebook with your Aperture album, so any changes made at either end gets synced, hence the deletions from Albums, although the original file should still be in your library, just removed rom the album. It is like a playlist in iTunes.
2. Exporting pics and uploading to Facebook from the browser.
I am not sure how method 1 gets compressed, but I know that uploading hi-res jpegs to Facebook using method 2 results in poor quality images.
I wouldn't even bother comparing option 1 or 2, and they will both be poor images once you view them on Facebook, as opposed to viewing uploaded images on proper image sharing / hosting sites.
Your problem is not with Aperture, it is using Facebook for showing your work.
If you export pics form Aperture at high res jpegs or TIFFs your images will be fine.
If you insist to use Facebook as your way to share your work, then your workflow should be this:
1. Right click images you want to share.
2. Select Export version.
3. Export as 100% size and ensure the export settings are set at 100% quality.
4. Upload this pic into Facebook.
This will get you the best image size and resolution on Facebook.

Double tap the home button to bring up the multi-tasking bar, tap & hold any icon until they all start to wiggle, tap the red minus sign & close every app listed, tap home button when finished. Then reset your phone:

i saved a word file onto my imac. when i go to open file in documents with pages the file is grey and unable to open. the workable files are highlighted in bold. is there a way to open this file????

I'm trying to update my iOS to 6.0, using iTunes (with my 4s connected via USB and WiFi is on also). I get a message that 'there are purchased items on my iPhone that have not been transferred to my iTunes library. Yet, I can't find those items! Help! There is not error message number just the text message. I've searched for an answer but have found nothing on "transfering items purchased to your iTunes library".

Firefox is crashing every time I have my MSN email account up. (Since I use it for business, that's many times per day.) It seems to coincide with hotmail's latest update where the email is checked and downloaded to the inbox automatically. Then when it asks me if I want to send the crash report to Firefox, I select yes and it tells me it had trouble sending the report. Is anyone else having this problem? Is there a setting I can change? I can't seem to keep my email account up for more than 10 minutes.
p.s if you're reading this Microsoft, it's still not bad enough to make me to go back to Internet Explorer!Hi,
