When i open my InDesign it crashes.

Hello i am a student and on school i need to use a lot of adobe products on my pc.
I can open all of my products except for Adobe InDesign cc 2014, i have done all of my updates and it stills says their is a problem with InDesign.

This might be a problem with the permissions on the preferences folders. See Replace Your Preferences for the TWO folder locations where the preferences for ID are stored and make sure that the Adobe folder and subfolders in each location are set to full control for both your user and the system.

When I open photoshop 6 it crashes.

When I open photoshop CS 6 I get this message as soon as it opens. "Adobe Photoshop has stopped workik and windows is looking for a soloution". Of course windows never finds a soloution and I get the message to "close program". The problem started a couple of days ago when I was editing a video and PS froze. I had to use the "task manager" to close PS. The problem has been happening since then, My system is Intel(R) i5 CPU 750 @ 2.67 GHz 2.79 GHZ, 16 gigs of ram, 64bit.
I have uninstalled numerous times, rebooting and reinstalled it via cloud. I'm at a loss at what to do next. Do I have to call a high priced tech to come and take a look?????

Yes, low storage is causing problems. You will have to delete some photos, videos, apps, etc. that you don't need so your iPad has some storage to work with.

When clicking "Open" in InDesign, can I have it open up to Bridge instead of Finder?

I'm looking to quit using Finder because it doesn't work well with our server (PC based). I would like when in InDesign or Photoshop, and I click to open a new file it would open up to Bridge instead of Finder (or Explorer in the PC world). Is this possible?? In short, I want my computer to recognize Bridge as my main search program.

Sorry but I'm having problems understanding what you're asking for. When you say "open up in Bridge," I'm not sure what you mean by that. Do you want to see Bridge instead of the Finder? Since "Bridge" is not an application that can open anything, rather it can only let you see the content of files, I'm not sure what you are expecting.
If, when you tap "Command-o" to open a file, I'm not sure there is any mechanism that would (at that point) switch over to Bridge to look for files to open.
On the other hand, if you have all of the files you need in one folder, you can always click on Bridge in the Dock and that takes you to Bridge and all of your files will be there.
One other alternative that I use ALL THE TIME is an application for the Mac call Default Folder. I've used it for many many years and could not work my Mac without it. You may want to check it out as well.

I have the same carrier and same phone anyone who says the update workEd is fullish or an apple employee undercover.
I Have spoke with multiple customer service exec., advance engineers, and software developers from apple they all tell me the exact same thing. They are aware of the issue, it is software related and they are working on finding a fix. Here is the kicker if you are unhappy with your phone don't expect them to replace it they in a line in there warranty that does not cover software issues.

I can not open app store i have snow leopard but for some reason when i open app store it crashes

when i go into about this mac it shows app store there when i click it shows on task bar bouncing but instead of opening i get a small window saying app store quit unexpectedly the report is sent ot mac according to instructions but nothing has changed i still cann open it to get apps can anyone help

When I open Firefox Home, it crashes

I installed Firefox Home today on my iPod Touch 3rd gen, with 4.2.1 software, and Firefox 4 with sync on my desktop. The login works fine on the iPod, the initial sync seems to have worked for tabs and bookmarks, but there is no history synched, and every time I open Home it crashes as soon as I try to go to a page, open a bookmark, refresh the data, any action at all. The app crashes within a minute of opening. There is plenty of space left on my iPod, I have not much on it, so I don't think that has anything to do with the crashing. What should I do?

Look in windows reliability History for the Photoshop Crash and double click on it to see what is crashing within Photoshop.

Just installed Acrobat Standard X but when I open a document, it crashes within a few seconds.

I open the document and then it's about 15-30 seconds it just closes without warning.

But what is the Acrobat X version? If less than 10.1.12, you should try to update to that version.
If that does not help, I suggest that you ask in the appropriate Acrobat forum.

My Indesign CS4 crashes when I open it, ow when I am exporting my work on my pc

I have had this issue now for a week and I am stuck after browsing for a solution on this online, basically I run a windows XP pro pc, and my InDesign was working just fine untill last week, sometimes when i open a file it crashes, sometimes it opens fine and crashes, sometimes it when i am exporting to pdf it crashes. I am reli stuck as to what I can do, I have tried reinstall, I have tried to copy my Indesign files from my laptop to my desktop but still not working. I have tried to delete the preferences as well but no luck.
What else can be done, can anyone help pls.

Are you opening from Windows Explorer, i.e., double clicking the file in Explorer to open it.
Is it happening with every file or just one file?
Try opening it through InDesign rather than through Explorer
Try resetting your preferences http://www.creativetechs.com/tips/quicktips_64-one.html
Try exporting that file to a .inx http://indesignsecrets.com/indesign-interchange-format-inx.php

When making a PDF in Indesign CS5 crashes?

Is there any way to reset the PDFs Presets in Indesign. The High Quality PDF (that is a preset already in Indesign) started to crash ages ago. I just made up new PDF Presets. Now it seems that when making PDFS whether Press Quality or the ones I have made myself it crashes. I launch Indesign then can make a PDF but then when I open another document it crashes again? Any help greatly appreciated
