When I print a picture and send it to my HP e-mail address I get vertical lines in the picture?

I would like to know how to get rid of the vertical lines in the pictures when I send a picture to my HP e-mail address that came with my new printer also I seen in the HP E printer settings that there is no 4/6 option to select
the 5510 Smart printer that I have I was disappointed to find out that the fandango app is not compatible with this printer
and I was wondering when it would be available for my printer.
how to fix that problem with the E print feature on my printer.

I understand that your printer is not printing picures as expected. I know you stated that you had tried troubleshooting steps above. Where you able to take a look at this document? Are you printing from a mobile device or computer?

Hello, sounds like Video card and/or heat problems.
Have you blown the dust out lately? Let it cool for an hour or so.

One way to test is to Safe Boot from the HD, (holding Shift key down at bootup), run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, Test for problem in Safe Mode...
PS. Safe boot may stay on the gray radian for a long time, let it go, it's trying to repair the Hard Drive
Reboot, test again.
If it only does it in Regular Boot, then it could be some hardware problem like Video card, (Quartz is turned off in Safe Mode).

I get vertical lines below the text when I type

After upgrading to Firefox 4 in Windows 7 I get vertical line that appear below what I type. This is not happening with other browsers. Anybody else experiencing this or have a solution?

This problem should not be because of hardware acceleration and I think I found the answer. I was getting odd graphical iisues in Firefox 4. Not just with the strange vertical lines. By disabling hardware accelration it did indeed fix the issue with the lines underneath where I typed in boxes. But the other problems were still an issue. I tried to fix the other issue by disabling all my addons and it did not make any difference. BUT when I restarted Firefox 4 in safe mode it did. Which led me to believe something else was at play here.
I remembered the UserChrome.css I had in my Firefox profile folder. I renamed that file and restarted Firefox. All my graphical bugs vanished. Out of curiousity I also enabled hardware acceleration. Voila! No more vertical lines either!
Now I did a reinstall of Firefox 4 just to check if it created a UserChrome.cc file but it did not. So I can only assume that there is something in that old file that others have when upgrading from Firefox 3 that causes this issue and other graphic probs.
I advise anyone who noticed this issue to try renaming UserChrome.css if it exists and see if it resolves the issue or not.

OK, here's the explanation. When you take a picture, the iPhone knows what orientation it is in (portrait, landscape, etc.) and adds that information to the picture's EXIF data so it knows which side is up. Apple devices can decode this information and show the picture right side up when it is viewed. However, Windows computers cannot do this. They are not capable of decoding the orientation information added by the iPhone, so they are displayed in a default orientation (which may not be right side up).
This only happens on Windows machines, and unfortunately there is nothing you can do about it, except use the rotation buttons in Windows picture view to orient the photo correctly.

Hi, I want to thank you for all your information regarding my questions about sending more than one photo to Facebook. I did have to stop in at Verizon (where I bought my iPhone) to find out why I did not have a choice to choose Facebook with the export icon. The tech had to go into my setting and enable Facebook to recognize my iPhone. When I upgraded to iso7 somehow it could not recognize Facebook. Hello userlarry, do you have Mobile Me? You could use that. Or you could compress them, you would still need to send them in an email, but it would help with size limitations of emails.
To compress them, put them in a folder and right click on the folder. You should see a Compress option. Then just drag the .zip file into your mail.

If you're really using iTunes 7.0 you are very far behind the current version - maybe it is trying to connect to a decomissioned server. In fact I am kind of surprised it will run on a Macbook Air. Are you sure you are running iTunes 7?
