My Captivate 7 project (HTML5) runs just fine on my computer in IE11. My client tried to run it from IE9 and got the following error:
"The content you are trying to view is not supported in the current Document Mode of Internet Explorer. Change the Document Mode to Internet Explorer 9 Standards and try to view the content again. To change the Document Mode, press F12, Click Document Mode:, and then select Internet Explorer 9 Standards."
My guess is that they're running it over their LAN, and IE is subsequently running in quirks mode.
I've changed the metadata in index_SCORM.html from
<meta http-equiv="x-ua-compatible" content="IE=10">
to
<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=edge,chrome=1">

Try rebooting your router and or cable modem. Unplug it/them for about 30 seconds and then plug back in. See if it works then. Reboot your iPad as well.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up. -

Only Office for Mac 2008 and 2011 will run on Mavericks. Microsoft support for the former package ended in April 2013. If you do not want to spend the money, you might download and try the donation-ware (free) LibreOffice Suite. No ribbon bar crap. Supports about any document created on Windows.

What do you mean by what audio/video formats are involved? These are all files from several digital cameras.
As previously stated, AVI is a file container. It is somewhat old and its originator, Microsoft, dropped official support of it over a decade ago. However, it remains popular with PC users since almost any valid audio and/or video compression format can be stuffed to the file which synchronizes the content by interleaving the individual audio and video frames. The compression format is the specific manner in which the audio and video data are encoded as it is placed in the AVI container. You can find the compression format by inspecting the file in the Finder "Info" window, or in the "Inspector" window of the QT player (or other media player) if the file can be opened.
For instance, one popular compression combination would be to place DivX encoded video and MP3 audio in an AVI file container. However, neither DivX nor MP3 is natively supported by the QT player. (Although iTunes will natively support the MP3 audio.) Therefore, people who wish to play such files in the QT 7 Player would normally install either the DivX component or Perian but not both. Either installation will independently play such files in the QT Player, but if both are installed, the file will usually stop working since these two codecs can create a playback conflict.
However, the AVI container could just as easily contain DV along with DV audio. In this case, the file should play correctly in QT since this compression format is natively supported by the basic component configuration that comes in every current OS installation. Therefore, if such files suddenly stopped playing, this could be an indication that a component has been moved or deleted or that your system or QT embedded structure has become corrupted. -
When I brought up my machine this afternoon, it started to download 6.0.1 and then I received an error msg from ZoneAlarm requesting that I upload an error file. This occurred several times, and then I uninstalled the Firefox files and again downloaded 6.0.1. At this point I then received the Version 6.0/6.0.1 error msg.
If you use ZoneAlarm Extreme then you may have to disable that during the installation to prevent ZA from blocking access to some files in the Firefox program folder (C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\).
Download a fresh Firefox copy and save the file to the desktop.

* Do not remove personal data when you uninstall the current version.
Remove the Firefox program folder before installing that newly downloaded copy of the Firefox installer.

Your bookmarks and other profile data are stored elsewhere in the Firefox Profile Folder and won't be affected by a reinstall, but make sure that you do not select to remove personal data if you uninstall Firefox.

I downloaded the Remote XUL Manager add-on for Firefox (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/remote-xul-manager/), restarted FF, went to Tools and scrolled down and clicked on "Remote XUL Manager." I clicked "Add" and pasted the URL for the link where I log-in to Lotus Notes into the dialogue box, and ta-dah! Back to email. Took me longer to type this than fix the problem. -

Month Calendar not working in a sub-vi. Anyone know why?
I am trying to develop a program that has a calendar so they can pick the date. I am using the Month Calendar .net control. It works until I put it in a sub-vi. When I run the main vi it loads the sub-vi, but the calendar disappears. Then I go to the back panel and right-click>show control, and it still doesn't come up. Anyone have any ideas?
Also I want to close to sub vi when they click on the date. Which event trigger do I use, or is there a property node for date selection?
Any help would be great?It didn't work. When I run it a couple times it still just goes away. I was getting .net errors as well but i just ran the error wires and cleared them. I have attached the code as well. I have the calendar as a custom control becuase someone other post said this would clear errors when dropping property nodes.
