This website is using autocomplete=off to prevent Firefox from saving and filling the name and password.
You can remove autocomplete=off with a bookmarklet to make Firefox save names and passwords and other form data.

For instance Googling "google map directions" will send you to referenced page. for a sub-$20 app I find it hard to believe you find it hard to believe Apple hasn't integrated this feature into the software.

Time Capsule and Time Machine: How can I force Ethernet Connection for the first backup ?

How can I force the Time Capsule - Time Machine Couple to communicate via an Ethernet cable for the initial backup without changing the wi-fi configuration of the Time Capsule?
I do not want to change the wi-fi configuration of the TC because it appeared that I was not able to restaure it proprerly after a first "ethernet backup".
Please note that I do not want to use my TC to extend my wi-fi network nor create a new one. But, when I disable the wi-fi on the TC, as I want to restaure it, I only can see "expend" or "create a network" options within the wirless config page of AirPort Utlity; "Connect to a network" is not shown in the list!

You MUST change the TC mode to something other than join a wireless network.. because in that mode, TC turns off the ethernet ports.
The join a wireless network is hidden option because apple do not support it and it works poorly.
You can access it by holding down the option key.
You can also save the current settings and restore them after you finish the ethernet backup.
Please note using join means double hop wireless and your TC data speed to the Mac will be extremely slow.. this will also affect your other internet connections and any other computers on the wireless network as it will use most of the capacity for much longer period than directly connecting to the TC.
Basically that is why Apple do not support it.. it is lousy way to work a TC in a network.

Two things to check:
Add the network folder location as a trusted location in your Flash Global Security settings and then see if the videos will play.
If the first suggestion doesn't work, get in touch with your network admin dudes and find out if FLV files are disabled from working over the network from that location. Many times unless a given file format is enabled on a network, the server assumes it's not desirable and won't serve it.

my short answer is press enter 4 or 5 times as soon as you get into the editing area and then use the mouse to move the cursor back to the beginning. Not the best, but certainly the easiest way to gain some control.

Often with 2 or 3 tabs/websites open, the tab does not have the X on the right side to close it. I have to right clock and hit Close Tab. Seems random. How can I assure all tabs have the X?

Sometimes when I have 2 or more websites open, the tabs for them do not have the"X" on the right end that I can click to close them. Others right next to it may have the X or not - it seems random. The only way to close the x-less tabs is to right click and select Close tab. How do I tweak it so there are always X's? The only relevant add-on I can think of is Colorful Tabs, and I have the latest version of it.

I use a translation stage for the experiment.For each user in the lab the stage position (to start an experiment) is different.I defined one end of the stage as zero. I want to save the position , date and time of the stage with respect to zero.I want all these in one file, nd everytime I run it it should save to the same file, like this:

can append the data
to file. You can use the "concatenate strings" to display the date,
time as well as data... Hope this help.

I fixed this issue (with help from tech support) and it involved several things.
After adding a song to iTunes, right-click on the song in iTunes and select "Update iTunes Match."
OR go to the iTunes menu-->Store-->Update iTunes Match.
Maybe that's the reason, it just hadn't updated to the cloud.
OR maybe it's not a high-enough bitrate file. This happens to me because most of my tunes are home-recorded.
Sometimes converting to .mp3 or Create AAC version might work. (You do this with a right-click in iTunes, and then you will want to remove the original file from iTunes.)
There is an iTunes Preferences setting, under General Preferences called Import Settings. Try setting it to AAC Encoder and iTunes Plus. That (I think) causes imports to be slightly better quality.

How can I start a loop before the DAQ Assistand outputs a value?

I created a VI (See attachment) to Measure the speed of a turning wheel. (A optical detector outputs pulses which are proportional to the speed) The DAQ Assistant measures the frequency and the values are written to a log file. To log every 100 ms the value into the table, there is a while loop with should be executet 10 times a second.
The first question:
I want to start measurement as soon as I press "RUN". In fact, my VI first begins to run and log data when the wheel turns and the frequency is not "0". But I want to log data too, if the speed is "0". How can I programm that in Labview?
The second problem:
Labview writes not continuely the values: Sometimes 7 values a second, sometimes 11 values.... (I can see that because i log the time too). But if the programm runs for some seconds its getting better and better.
How can I force Labview to run the loop exactly tacted? Is my Computer too slow? Or is my method to log continuely data simply wrong? I am relative new in Labview and would be thankful in getting help.

I would say right off hand from what you describe that the issue is not related to computer speed, but choice of operating system. Windows is not a deterministic operating system - this means you can't count on how long it will take to do anything.
