When I sync my iphone 4S using iTunes it only syncs 8.5GB of music, not the entore library as specified. Is there a capcity default limit of the amount of storage that can be used for music and if so how do I change it?

The only limit is that of the device. No restrictions on how much of it you can use for music. Is part of your music library unchecked?

Limit the amount of copies that can be printed

Is there a way to limit the number of copies that can be printed of a pdf from inside the form in LiveCycle? I would like clients to only be able to print only two copies of a form with Adobe Reader. How can I do this?

This should be doable, but not very pretty...
First, put a text-field on the form, and make it hidden with a defaullt value of 0;
in pre-print, check if the value of the hidden field is >= the limit, if so set
xfa.event.cancelAction = 1
that will prevent the print dialog from even showing.
if the value of the hidden field is < the limit, add one to the value of the field.
That should do it. If you need a hand with the actual code, just let me know.

(limitations: if the user doesn't save the changes, the hidden field will remain at 0... as such, you may have to script the docClose event to trigger a save. The issue with this is that the user will be stuck with any changes made, regardless of whether they want to keep changes.. Like I said, it's not pretty. You could go one step further and save the state of all fields on open/save, then restore those values on close, except for the hidden field before triggering a save... As you can see, this can get complicated fast....)

You created the slideshow using the built-in Ken Burns effect in iPhoto or iMovie? I've never found that to be up to my expectations; additionally, if the people or objects in the pictures have certain designs (in their clothes), using movement can blur them. I use Photo to Movie myself - to me it creates the smoothest movement in slideshows. Another possibility is the size of your images: did you increase or decrease their original size? And when you encoded it, what settings did you use? I use the Share > Quicktime > Expert settings and then choose these options:
I've found that these settings result in the most lossless conversion. After the new .mov file is saved to the desktop, I then add it to iDVD after creating a customized menu and theme.

I have changed the email address related to my Apple ID.However the old email address has stayed on my old Ipad and I cloud.How do I change this as I can't remember the password.

1. Scroll down and tap Delete Account. Depending on what iCloud options are turned on, you'll be asked to confirm that you want to delete data from your device. To confirm, tap Delete. (If you're using iOS 7 and have Find My iPhone turned on, you'll be asked to enter the password for your previous Apple ID. Enter the password, then tap Turn Off.) The data will be deleted from your device, but not from iCloud.
2. Enter your current Apple ID to sign in. The data from your iCloud account will download again to your device.

If you've purchased extra iCloud space then that gives you extra storage for your backups. How much space do you have on your actual iPad : Settings > General > About > Available, and what iOS version do you currently have on your iPad ?

Did you change the email address of your existing Apple ID, or did you create a totally new Apple ID? Assuming that you did it correctly and just changed the email address on your Apple ID, go to Settings/iCloud and turn off Find my iPhone. You will need the passcode for the OLD email address to do this. Then log out of iCloud on the phone. Log in with the changed address. Do the same for Settings/messages, Settings/Facetime and Settings/iTunes&App Store.

How do i reduce the amount of storage that is taken up by the "other" category?

so the category the is yellow and is labelled as other, is taking up a lot of my data, i read online that it helps to delete all the browse history etc. which i did but it did virtually nothing. It is quite common for the program size listings to be wrong. To check the actual size of the Firefox installation, you can manually check the size of the Firefox [http://kb.mozillazine.org/Installation_directory installation directory]. It is is typically around 26-30Mb, and the default location on 32 bit Windows is C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\
There are also a couple of other locations where Firefox stores data, check the size of the following folders as well.
Firefox also stores user data such as bookmarks and passwords in the [[profiles|profile folder]]. It should be inside this folder C:\Users\''username''\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\
Firefox stores temporary files in the cache. To find the location of the cache, type '''about:cache''' into the location bar. It should be inside this folder C:\Users\''username''\AppData\Local\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\
The last 2 folders are normally hidden, you may need to set Vista to [http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial130.html show hidden files and folders].

Settings>Store (or iTunes & App Stores if you are running iOS6)>Apple ID. Tap your son's ID and sign out. Sign in with your ID and password.
You shouldn't lose the music, but if you try to update any apps that you bought with the family ID, you will have to use that password that is linked with that ID in order to update.
Avoid downloading past purchased content with the old ID if you can since you will associate the iPad with the old ID for 90 days and you will lock yourself out of your own, new ID for that period of time. Read more about associated devices in iTunes here.

You can set up more than one device on your computer, and iTunes will remember the settings for each of them:

But you'll have to use your Apple ID to sync bought media to her device. Disable all other things you don't want to sync like photos, contacts, etc.
