When I try to either download Adobe Reader or remove 8.2.5 from my computer I get this message. Help

It would be helpful to know what version of Acrobat, WORD, and operating system.
Without that info, I would suggest at this point to open your WORD file and then go to the print menu and print to file using the Adobe PDF printer. Open the created file in Distiller and see if you get a PDF. If so, check to see if AcroTray is running in the background.
You say you tried many ways. It would help to know what you tried and what worked or did not work, and at what point the failure occurs. -

I purchased a disk copy of CS6 Design and Web Premium from a reputable seller last week and when I try to install it with the serial number I got it says "We are unable to validate this serial number for CS6 Design and Web Premium. Please contact Customer Support." What is the reason for this?

Thanks for the suggestion. I eventually got in touch with Adobe Technical Support and it turned out that my Adobe Application Manager was not the latest version. They downloaded the latest version and installed it and that seemed to solve the problem. I was able to install my CS6 Creative Suite and validate the serial number. All seems to be going well at the moment. -
When i try to install i tunes, it goes so far down the installation process and then comes up with a message ' could not access network location %APPDATA%\. I then retry and it comes up with the same message.
It also tells me i tunes needs 'Quick Time' to support the software. I have downloaded Quicktime from i tunes seperately and gone through the whole process again, only to get the same message.
Can anyone please help?These kind of messages can often be cleared by using the Microsoft Installer cleanup Utility.
Here is a method for cleanup of your old iTunes installation and reinstall.

Download a fresh copy of iTunes and the stand alone version of Quicktime (the one without iTunes)

Save the files on your PC.
Download and install Microsoft Installer cleanup utility, there are instructions on the page as well as the download. Note that what you download is the installer not the program – you have to run it to install the program. The installer doesn't give any message to confirm the installation.

Now use the following method to remove iTunes and its components:

*If you hit a problem with one of the uninstalls don't worry*, carry on with the deleting of files and folders as directed in the method.
When you get to deleting Quicktime files in the system32 folder as advised in the method, you can delete any file or folder with Quicktime in the name.
Restart your PC.
Run the Microsoft Installer Cleanup Utility. (Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up)
Remove any references you find to the programs you removed - strictly speaking you only need to worry about those programs where the uninstall failed.
If you don’t see an entry for one of the programs that did not uninstall, look out for blank entries or numeric entries that look like version numbers e.g. 7.x for Quicktime or 1.x for Bonjour.
restart your PC
Install the stand alone Quicktime and check that it works.
If it does, install iTunes. -
When I try to upgrade to Mountain Lion OS form Lion OS, after I select the "Buy App" option I get this "We could not complete your purchase. The product distribution file could not be verified. The only thing that worked for me was to boot in safe mode.
Power down. Then press power button and hold 'shift' key until grey screen with progress bar appears... Once booted and logged in just open safari and browse to applestore.
No trouble at all once I did this.
Reminder: create full backup before you upgrade OS

How do I get my iphone to backup?
Welcome to the Apple Community.
If your back up continually fails, you might try turning off back up on your mobile device (settings > iCloud > storage & backup) and then deleting the backup file from iCloud by swiping the backup file on the mobile device (settings > iCloud > storage & backup > manage…) and then turning back up on again.
Being able to back up to the cloud can be very useful, especially if you don't have access to a computer or have infrequent access to one, however unless you specifically need to use iCloud for back up, you will find backing up to iTunes significantly more convenient and possibly more reliable. -
