When I try to go onto itunes it says its corrupted and needs to be re-installed? I've been trying to do this but it still does the same thing. How do I get my music back?

My itunes comes up corrupted and won't let me into my music? How do I get my music back?

Is it the application that says it is corrupted, or is it the library?  Precision and little details are important and helpful when you provide them with the question.
If it is the library, try rebuilding it.
