When I try to log into my account or connect to Itunes store it just loads forever and doesnt connect. Why?
Why is it doing this? Ive got the latest update and everything, it just wont connect

I know not being able to access your Apple ID can be frustrating. I have located an article that will walk you through a series of troubleshooting steps to resolve this:

Refer to the Apple ID Support page if you are unable to reset your password using the steps in this article. If you know your Apple ID password, you can also choose to change your Apple ID or change your password.

Have you tried logging out of the old Apple ID on your phone?

Settings > iCloud
Click on Delete Account. Choose to keep the data on the phone. Then sign back in with the correct Apple ID. Be sure to turn iCloud back up on again, if you want to use that feature. -

When I go to the e-bay web site I can view everything I wish to BUT when I try to log into my account entering my username and password in the boxes nothing happens and if I try to do anything else Firefox Hangs up and nothing I do will clear it. I have to completely shut down my computer including switching off at the mains . I have tried to set Firefox to default but to no avail.
Everything works well with Internet explorer.
I am using Firefox 18 with AVG and Zonelabs running on my computer

To Reset Firefox do the following:
#Go to Firefox > Help > Troubleshooting Information.

#Firefox will open with all factory defaults applied.

When I try to log into my account I get back a message stating User ID not found. I have 1) Cleared all cookies, cache, history etc.. 2) Run as administrator 3) renamed cookies-sprite 4) rebooted

In case you use the Firefox Password Manager then try to disable saving passwords and also saved form data in case that is interfering.
Remove these check marks as a test:
*Tools > Options > Security: Passwords: "Remember passwords for sites"
*Tools > Options > Privacy > Firefox will: "Use custom settings for history": "Remember search and form history" -

I created an account on Adobe website, but when I try to log into Adobe Licensing Website (LWS) in order to install Adobe Acrobat X1 Pro is states I am not a valid user. I have serial number for install.
Account on Adobe website is different than on Adobe Licensing Website(LWS).
Account on www.adobe.com is an account for individual however the account on LWS is
mostly corresponding to an organisation or a company and they hold the permission to access this account.
They assign specific people witin their organisation to have access this account.
You cannot login LWS using your individual account login. -

Unfortunately, the proposed option does not help you, as before when trying to check in icloud you see the same. Just not when you try to turn on Face Time the message "Waiting for activation" and all, Face Time icon on the desktop is not ...

IMac shuts down when i try to log into some user accounts
Installed Lion on my mid 2010 iMac.
Now when I log into one of my accounts it starts to log in, then decides it doesn't want to and restarts the machine.
Guest account works fine, and when I made another account that works fine as well. Just keeps shutting down when I try to log into my main account.Thanks for that. It looks like it is mail causing the problem. Took mail out of launch at start up and seems to be working ok now.
All I have to do now is make sure I remember to turn off mail before I shut down my computer. -
Every month $10 is taken from my account to have photoshop on my computer, they also took it out this month, But when I try to log into photoshop on my computer it keeps saying go to account to renew membership, but I am already being charged every month.

I have 2 apple ID'S on my iPone, when I try to log into app store etc the wrong ID comes up and I dont know how to change this so I can use my primary ID
Settings>Store...tap the ID shown...sign out...now sign back in with the ID you want to use.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble logging in to ExportPDF via Reader. I've checked your account, and all is well there.
For starters, please make sure that you have the most current version of Reader installed by choosing Help > Check for Updates.
If you're still having trouble logging in via Reader, please try logging in to the web interface at https://cloud.acrobat.com.

If your son is 25 years old, get him his own AppleID and make him responsible for his own bills.

I just got the new itunes and I can open itunes and see my music but whenI try and go to the itunes store it just loads to a white page. I try and refresh and go to the home page and nothing happens. I can sign into my account and the tabs for the itunes store pop up like they normally would when browsing the itunes store but when I click on one of them, it is a blank page. Is there a setting I need to change? Does it just take an extremely long time to load? Please help!!

When I try to log into the app store to update apps or buy apps the user name that appears is an old one and it will not bring up the current user name/ email how do I stop that so that my current email show up ??
Settings>Store: Tap the AppleID and choose "Sign Out", it will then prompt you to sign in and you can use the new AppleID.
NOTE: Apps must be updated with the AppleID they were purchased under.
