I don't want to log into CC since I am not a subscriber, and this means that I have to work around, and go back to Bridge, and tell it to open the file in Adobe RAW. However, this does not work for older psd files which for some reason cannot be opened in RAW. How do I return to the process of simply allowing RAW files to open automatically in Adobe RAW, and simply right clicking on the image in Bridge to bring up the option of opening it in Photoshop?

You can associate files from the Bridge level and the Desktop level.
In Bridge CS4, go to Preferences > File Type Associations and change it to Photoshop CS4 for the file types you want.

CS6 Bridge suddenly no longer opens jpeg images. Double click and drop-down menu do nothing. No new installation or changes. Any ideas?
Consider resetting Bridge Preferences.
Close Bridge
Cmd+Opt+Shift held down, Open Bridge.

I just upgraded to FF 5.o. Many of my addons state that they are compatible, but when I try to install them, I press "install" then a message pops up saying that it can't be installed because FF cannot modify the needed file. How do I change this?
That probably means that the extension lacks the required <nowiki><em:unpack>true</em:unpack></nowiki> line in the file install.rdf to make sure that the file gets unpacked after installing.

When I try to access certain listings on eBay I get the following message:

eBay support told me it is because they think I am in France or because I am using a French ISP. I am in London and am using the British ISP, Bethere. What can I do to convince them that I am in England?
The URL quoted is just an example. It happens frequently with other listings.This is what I get:

It can't be a problem with my ISP or my IP address since it only happens with Firefox. When I try out the same listings with other browsers it doesn't happen. eBay said Firefox must be making it seem as though I am in France. Goodness knows how or why?? -
When I get the message that nothing has changed, I have had to press finish. The program then says to save in G:, but I no longer have a G; My former G: is now H: , but there is no opportunity to save it somewhere else. When I try to uninstall all of the itunes programs using itunes first, I get a message that "itunes helper. Resources is not a valid shortfile name. Any suggestions?

When I try to sync my iPod iCal with my MBP (OS 10.7) iCal via iTunes and WiFi I get a message saying "Safari Downloading Safe Browsing Data" but I am connected to a local network and thus the syncing does not complete because the downloading never completes because I am not connected to the internet.
Why does syncing iCal need Safari Safe Browsing Data? How can I turn this off?See:

"Safari Downloading Safe Browsing Data" is just some data that is synce with the computer. To turn off on the Mac go to System Preferencs>iCloud and turn off Safari -
Photoshop says I am not logged on to Creative Cloud.

When opening Bridge I get this message: Bridge encountered a problem and is unable to read the cash. Please try purging the central cache in the cache preferences to correct this problem. I did this and still get this same message.Also now when deleting images they don't delete till I close and reopen Bridge. What can i do to fix this problem?

i had firefox on my old laptop then i backup my profile with MozBackup and transfer it to my new laptop after that when i try to save an image from web using "Save Image As..." a "rb" extension appears at the end of file name like this : "FILENAME.jpg.rb"

Every time I try to save an image by right clicking and going save image as firefox is changing the filetype to .html
It does it for every website and every image regardless of its file type. Even if you go to the direct link for the image and try to save it, it will save it as "image.htm" rather than "image.jpg" as it shows the file to be in the address bar.Try the Firefox SafeMode. <br />

I’m getting the following error message when ever I try to start cs6 and the program gets close.
