When I try to open some of my vi's, LabVIEW quits abruptly. Has anyone seen this before? It doesn't happen with all my vi's . It could be related to updating Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 recently.

What do your VIs have in
common that crash? They wouldn’t be
calling external code by chance would they (i.e. a call library function
node)? LabVIEW loads DLLs (or shared
objects in Linux) just as soon as the VI which calls it is loaded in memory
(unless you’re using some new fancy features).
If some of these code modules don’t load right the application could be
killed right away.
Have you seen this behavior before? If not, I gather you might be on to something
– the update to your OS could be to blame.
That distribution should work – was there anything else that you may
have done during the switch?

When you do Get Info for a picture, what does it say in Sharing & Permissions for your username. The Privilege should be "Read & Write"

Back up your iPhoto library, Depress and hold the option (alt) and command keys and launch iPhoto - rebuild your iPhoto library database

Pages 5 is in your Applications folder.
Pages '09 is in your Applications/iWork folder.

When I try to open some web sites i am blocked by MOZILLA and redirected to a site I did not want and am unable to close or go back without going back to the home page. Help help help

I have removed the check from the pop up blocked in the MOZILLA options but still get this problem of not being able to open certain sites. The MOZILLA icon appears with the three options available, but before i can click on one I am automatically redirected to a site I did not want, and when I try to go back it will keep coming back to the site MOZILLA put on the computer. I have to close and go back to the home page and start all over again. I have installed a new virus protection system STOPZILLA and could this have any bearing on the problem. After awhile it becomes very frustrating trying to get on line information and being continually redirected. Any ideas?

I would guess that it is a generic error meaning that the audio unit plugin could not be initialised and failed to load - usually due to an installation or authorisation issue in the plugin.
Does the affected plugin work in other hosts, such as Garageband?

ERROR when I try to open or save an existing WorkBook

When I try to open some existing WB there is an error message "No entry found".
So when I open some existing WB and try to save them as an existing WB it gives me an error message "Document store access caused errors in the SAP Correction System"

i,
it seems to me as if you require a BEx Transportation request.
The WB your e dealng with hhas probably been transportied into a productive System.
So in RSA1 got to "Transportation" and press on the little Lorry-Button, named BEx.
Assign/Create a Transportation request.
Then go back to BEx, log of and log an agein an try to perform the steps you described above.

Combobox is closing when i try to open.

hello, i'm having a strange problem since i changed sdk 3.2 to sdk 3.5, when i try to open some combobox, they get closed. i dont know why...
only if I maintain the mouse tight and I drag down i can open it.

Can you start Firefox in [[Safe mode]] ?
You can also do a clean reinstall and download a fresh Firefox copy from http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all.html and save the file to the desktop.
Uninstall your current Firefox version and remove the Firefox program folder before installing that copy of the Firefox installer.
It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.
You can initially skip the step to create a new profile, that may not necessary for this issue.

Ok - this usually has a simple solution - do you still have a copy of the library that has this problem?

This makes no sense at all - all of your previous statements indicate that you do have an iPhoto library but have some problems with it
By default your iPHoto library is located in your Pictures folder and is named iPhtoo library - if tha tis not the case the you have moved or renamed it and only you know what you did until you tell us the details
