When I try to purchase a show I get a message itunes store is temporally unavailable try later, also it will not let me see my account
I purchased a show yesterday and all was fine. Today when I try to purchase or look at my account it says "itunes store is temporally unavaible try again later. How do I fix that?
What is your operating system? Reader version? Is this a local or online PDF? If online, in what browser?

My itunes account shows I have a balance of 5.37 but when I go to pay for a song for 1.29 it will not let me access this account. Instead it asks me to pay with a credit card. Do these benefits age off. It's been awhile since I used it. Thanks

When I use Home Sharing, I can see the library I want to copy under Shared, but I can't get it save on the computer under the regular library. I go to edit and "select all" but there is no import button that is in the right hand corner. Also, it will not let me click and drag the music. How do I get it from one computer to the other?
Since both computers are connected via the network, you could simply copy the ENTIRE iTunes folder from one computer to another via the network.
If both computers are running Windows, use the Easy File Transfer Utility built into Windows to move iTunes and all other user media/data. -
My HD died on my iMac. I replaced it and lost everything that was on it. I found my source disks from my original purchase for Final Cut Express HD 3.5. I now have Maverick ISO and it will not let me load my software so I can continue my film work. How do I get it too recover it without paying for it again since I paid for it already and have projects in progress that need to be completed?
1) Partition your hard drive or add an external drive and install Snow Leopard (with the Optional Rosetta) into it and then you can dual-boot (System Preferences:Startup Disk) into Snow Leopard and run FCE 3.5 there.
2) Use one of the following methods to install FCE 3.5 into Mavericks:

Reports on this forum seem to confirm that Final Cut Studio 2 will continue to operate in Mavericks once it is functionally installed, albeit some plug-ins may fail to function. FCE 3.5 is the same generation as FCS2, and presumably will continue to operate in Mavericks, as well. -

why does sync not let me create a account? it will not take a a new password so that I can create a new sync acct.

It sounds like you have a Master Password set on your Firefox profile:

When you try to set up a Sync account, Sync needs to access your password manager. The dialog you're seeing is asking for your Master Password, not asking to create a new password. Simply entering your Master Password should allow Sync setup to complete.
Note that you'll need to enter your Master Password in order for Sync to do its thing; it'll ask once when you launch Firefox, but it won't keep bugging you after that.

When I try to purchase more gems when playing The restaurant Story, I have a problem. I get a message to contact ITunes to complete the transaction. This is an internal problem and has nothing to do with my accounts credit card or anything. I had this problem before and it took forever to get it corrected. I could not even get a response from Itunes. I had t contact Apple and they contacted Itunes and it was corrected immediately.
