When I try to "save" a video no windoe comes up asking me where to assign the video. It says it is downloading but where does it go???
When I was with explorer and I wanted to save a video from a website a window would open asking me where to save it to. With firefox this doesn't happen and can't find video if it was downloaded?? It doesn't go to my video folder but the website claims the video was downloaded.

This is a mean one. I don't have time to try and find the cause, but at least some answers to your questions, to hopefully shed some more light on this.
Where was the original destination? iCloud folder.
On another drive? Tried to Save as... to Hard Drive (also changing name of file), always get the same non-descript short Error "Couldn't auto-save document." (slides down from top with a yellow warning triangle). Status to the right of document name is "Not Saved".
Another Server? No access at this time.
I also tried File, Revert to, Browse all versions, to check what I'd be losing. Saw I wasn't losing much and selected the last version and pressed Restore - same error. In the end I just quit Pages and re-opened. The document opened with the last few edits missing (but with the status "Edited" next to the name). I re-edited and could save. Good old habit of saving often. -
When I try to sync my music on my iPhone 4 I have a tab at the top that says 'on this iPhone'. This is at the end of all the other tabs like info, ringtones, music etc. The music in that tab is always on my phone but does not show in my itunes library. How can I get it into my library? It doesn't sync either.
The new iTunes has a somewhat different look from the previous version. You can get the old look back if you prefer it by doing View > Show Sidebar in iTunes. Or you can adapt to the new look.

I figured out that I could use the message selection it gives and just type in my email address and it worked. I dont know why the email selection never worked, it just kept asking me to enter id and password and then telling me I have an account? Just started having issues when I use youtube. According to what I am hearing about this It seems like I now will have to switch to Chrome or IE in order to be able to interact on youtube ? Is that true? When I try to save a video to a play list I created, I get a red warning pop bar up that says "Invalid Request" and it will not let me do it anymore. Also, I can no longer post a comment on video's that I view either. Do you know what is causing this and is there a fix, without having to switch to Google Chrome of IE?
According to some forum posts, this is a side effect of one or more downloaders, such as Download Helper. You either can disable that add-on while this is worked out (assuming no update has yet been issued) or try modifying one of its preferences in the about:config preference editor.

Motion 4.0.0 quits when I try to save or export?
I am running with Processor: 3.06 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, Memory: 4 GB 1067 MHz DDR3, Final Cut Studio 2. 1TB Harddrive. (Only 263GB left)
So recently I upgraded to 10.6.7 and now I've noticed that when I open up Motion 4.0.0 I can create a new project or select a template and even do a little work on them, but when I try to save or export anything it just quits and gives me this error below message. Is this computer not able to handle Motion? (FCP works perfect) Is it the graphics card? (NVIDIA GeForce CT 130 512MB) Something to do with framework or preferences? Please help!

If you give complete and detailed information about your setup and the issue at hand, such as your platform (Mac or Win), exact versions of your OS, of Photoshop and of Bridge, machine specs, such as total installed RAM, scratch file HDs, video card specs, what troubleshooting steps you have taken so far, what error message(s) you receive, if having issues opening raw files also the exact camera make and model that generated them, etc., someone may be able to help you.

I am getting this message when I try to save any of my photos (Photographer). "Could not complete your request because of a program error." Only when I try to save my photo though. Ive tried doing some research but have had no luck with any of the possible solutions I have come accross. Please help me solve this problem.

As with all unexplainable Photoshop-problems you might try trashing the prefs (after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved and making a note of the Preferences you’ve changed) by keeping command-alt-shift pressed on starting the program or starting from a new user-account.
System Maintenance (repairing permissions, purging PRAM, running cron-scripts, cleaning caches, etc.) might also be beneficial, Onyx has been recommended for such tasks.

Weeding out bad fonts never seems to be a bad idea, either. (Validate your fonts in Font Book and remove the bad ones.)
If 3rd party plug-ins are installed try disabling them to verify if one of those may be responsible for the problem. -
I have PS 6 and just purchased an iMac and am running OS 10.10.1 (Yosemite). When i try to Save or Save As a file I get the following message: Could not save as "Whatever.psd" because this file is locked, you do not have necessary access permissions, or another program is using the file. Use the Get Info command in the Finder to ensure the file is unlocked and you have permission to access the file. If the problem persists, save the document to a different file or duplicate it in the Finder. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Disabling iPhoto/System Preferences integration
I've got a few users IDs on my systemn, and only one of them has photos imported via iPhoto ... and even then, I don't want the photos available as a screensaver. My screensaver is set to 'random', which means that every once in while I get a screens
