When I try to update Apps, I get the "Your Apple ID has been disabled. I followed directions in support but nothing different.
Have you tried:
- Resetting Apple ID password
- Signing out of Apple ID and signing back in
Also is the correct Apple ID showing up when you try to update the apps?

Even after resetting my password, I still get message "your apple id has been disabled". How am I suppose to download updates or make purchases?
Try logging out of your account on the iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Stores and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on it
If having changed your password and having logged out and back in doesn't fix it then you might need to contact Apple : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page -

I just got my iPhone 4 yesterday after having a Blackberry for 3 years. Everytime I try to download any type of application it keeps displaying "Your Apple ID has been disabled." Before activating my iPhone I downloaded the most recent iTunes. I even went back today I reset my password after some minor research made the suggestion. I sent an e-mail off to to Apple last night after their Apple tech was no help at all. He is the one that suggested the e-mail and that he could not help me. I am really frustrated at this point. I am hoping that someone will be able to help me out. I was extremely excited about getting my new iPhone 4 and now I am just over it! Help please!!!

Hi.
I used my PC and configured up an new iPhone 5s. I was logged into my own Apple ID while installing it and recovering it from an older Safety Copy, the safety copy was done also while on this account. I want the owner of the 5S to use their own Apple ID on the iTunes store and on iCloud. I did register their iCloud account and used their Apple ID when on the phone for the first time, but whenever I try to update apps my ID shows up. Is there a way to change this ID to the owner of the 5S' owner without deleting all the apps, or somehow still recover them from the copy?Try recovering them from the copy. If those copies are also associated with your Apple ID, no.

I cannot find any obvious restrictions on the computer. In the Control Panel under Set Program Access and Defaults, Enable Access to This Program is checked.
See http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;Q310049 You receive an error message when you click a hyperlink in Outlook (default browser)

Trying to install and app on my iPhone 4s using App Store and when I click on a free app to install I get the "Your Apple ID has been disabled." error message.
See http://support.apple.com/kb/TS2446. If resetting the password doesn't fix things, you'll probably have to contact iTunes store support for assistance: http://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html.
