When I try to use my TWC App on my iPad2, the sound is about 15 seconds off from the picture. This only happening on my iPad, not my phone or my computer. TWC said it's an Apple issue. Is there a fix?

I had this problem as well. I found that somehow the firefox.exe file had been set to run in compatibility mode for Windows 95.
To check this on your system Browse to the firefox folder (C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\) and right click on the file "firefox.exe".
Select "Properties" and then the "Compatibility" tab. Make sure the option "Run this program in compatibility mode for" is UNCHECKED.
Then try running Firefox as normal. Worked for me.

Yesterday, I have downloaded the APPSGONEFREE and there is one App called the Victorian Mystery that is still free and i downloaded it. After a few minutes it pop up on my iphone homescreen, it can't be loaded. So I tried to delete it but it cant be deleted. (there is no x mark on top of it). I then use my itunes to synchronize it through my iphone but it wasnt able to delete it. I have the same problem as Pam101. I am on OS X 10.9 and Safari 7 (actually on 2 iMacs). The one iMac is fine but the other with the same versions and settings Adobe Reader will not work. What happens is the Adobe Reader icon appears on the dock, bounces once and that's it. When trying to open a .pdf file from a website a new tab is opened on Safari, the background is black and there is a pop up message (black test on a white background) that reads: "Adobe PDF Before proceeding you must first launch Adobe Acrobat and accept the End User License Agreement." This is all very well but if Adobe Reader will not launch how on earth is it possible to accept the End User License Agreement terms? I suggest that you try unchecking both of the crop options - landscape & portrait.
To re-create your situation, I had to check the crop for landscape pictures option.
I prefer to have control over any cropping so I tend to crop each image first before creating the slide show.

This is a known issue and at this time there is no fix. The workaround is to disable iTM on the iOS device and sync the mismatched songs via USB/Thunderbolt then re-enable iTM. This way you will be assured of having the "correct" version of the track on your device.

I'm afraid I don't understand what you mean. Do you mean you have music stored on your iPod Classic that is not also in your iTunes library? If that is the case, then of course those songs won't be matched or uploaded. A song must be in your iTunes library for it to be processed by the iTunes Match service.

I believe that insufficient RAM may be the source of some of your problems. If you have a RAM of somewhere 4 to 8GB, you will experience smoother computing. 3GB doesn't seem right, so you might want to learn more by going to this site:

I don't know what know what's happening with your optical drive, but it seems you use your drive quite a bit. In that case, look into a lens cleaner for your machine. It's inexpensive, works quite well.

I have no idea what has happened to my bookmarks. The computer was turned On so that I could have it run its normal virus scan which was clean. The unit was powered off for several hours and after I start up the computer to do some work I tried to look up a reference in my bookmarks and they were all gone. Can they be restored?

Firefox automatically creates backups of your bookmarks, which can be helpful if your bookmarks are lost or missing. To recover them, follow the instructions below.

When I perform a search and then click on the images tab the language on the screen changes to Russian or some similiar language. this only happens when I hit the "image" tab. what do I do?

Elements 9 stops working when I try to use Photomerge Panorama - Windows 8.

Photoshop Elements 9 is functioning with Raw or Jpeg image adjustments, but not when I try to use Photomerge Panorama. Message to say: P E has Stopped Working. A problem caused this programme to stop working correctly. Windows will close the rpgramme and notify you if a solution is available.
I have uninstalled the programme and re-installed but same problem.
