When opening an image the image is very hard to see it's not dark enough?

When I open this image in using photoshop element 12 I get the image below...
When I open the same image using photoshop viewer I get a clearer, readable image below what happen? They're both pdf files....

IPad mini is slow when opening an image in photos
I Have an iPad mini (wifi) and its slow when opening an image on photos. It takes 20 seconds to open a single image.
I tried exporting my pictures to a usb and only stayed with 1,008 pictures.
I Don't know what to do it worked fine when I first got it but this started to happen a year ago I'm stuck and don't know what to do.Greetings casielfromchula vista,
After reading your post, it sounds like you are experiencing slowness. You may want to consider restarting the device first, and then resetting if that does not work. This article provides detailed instructions for Restarting, and Reseting:

How to restart
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears.
Drag the slider to turn your device completely off.
After the device turns off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button again until you see the Apple logo.
How to reset
You should reset your device as a last resort and only if you can't restart it.
To reset, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

I downloaded Iphoto 11 9.2 from the apps store (was on iphoto '09 before version 8.x) and when opened it for the first time it tried to update my photo librery and ended up corupting it to the extreme that I had to get a backup from time capsule and downgrade my iphoto version. I spent yesterday 6 hours at the genius bar in an apple store and they were not able to provide me with any other solution. In the emantime, I have to forget about about photo streaming... Any idea, is this a bug that somebody knows how tp fix?
In fairness, this isn't an issue in iPhoto 11 but one in your Library. Some file or other in there is damaged and that's what causes the crash during the upgrade.
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. This will create a new library based on data in the albumdata.xml file. Not everything will be brought over - no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your albums and keywords back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one. -
when i open my computer the home page is displayed but blocked, it is not possible to open any application, even if my mouse is moving correctly
You could try wiping the hard drive and reinstalling the OS and all your programs.
Did you install any programs yesterday?
If not it may be best to take it to an Apple care center and have it checked out. Take it in while it is asleep so you ccan show then what is happening. -
Added or ediited texts by Bluebeam Revu,and has been saved,when I open it by the Adobe reader version 8.1,why it does not show my texts added by Revu?8.1 is my favorite version,I also tried it in a later version fo Reader,it doesn't work too!

The response above is only a speculative answer to the original question. DSI-Hal, did you try to flatten the text in Bluebeam Revu prior to opening it in Adobe. This has worked for me on several different documents but not sure if we are using the same version of Adobe Reader.

Force a window browser window close when open docs FROM THE KD
We have an issue when opening documents from the kd a browser window opens, then the office doc opens. But it leaves the blank browser window there open. I have looked into it, and it appears the ptcommonOpener may be able to be modified with a piece of javascript "currentWin.close" in the href that gets built with the link.
Does anyone have any experience with this or another way to do it.
Thanksthe problem has been solved for me following the process :
1 -close entourage
2 - start and follow the complete reconstruction of the entourage database ;
3 - in the "entourage" menu, disable "office reminds" or "office recall" (i don't know the exact name because my entourage is in french)
For me it has worked. when i click on the dock entourage shortcut it opens without showing the new message windows at start. -
I upgraded to OS Yosemite on my MacBook Air...and I cannot upgrade the Adobe Flash download that Adobe keeps asking me to download. I get the screen and when I click on the icon it just creates a new window but not download. Thoughts?
I just tried the link and it is just fine. If the GateKeeper pops up then open Security & Privacy preferences, click on the General tab, set the last radio button to Anywhere.

Open the Finder. From the Finder menu bar top of your screen click Go > Go to Folder

Relaunch the App Store. Try purchasing Mountain Lion. -

Given that you were able to reinstall the OS, you must be able to boot from the install disc.
Have you run Apple Hardware Test?

Run Repair Disk:Boot from install disc (insert disc > restart > immediately hold down ckey and keep holding it until you see “Preparing Installation”) > at firstscreen select the language and click Continue > click on the Utilities Menuin the menu bar > open Disk Utility > select your HD in the panel on theleft side> click Repair Disk at bottom of main window. Run this at leasttwice, and keep running it until it says “appears ok” twice in a row. If thatdoesn’t happen, you may need a stronger utility such as DiskWarrior or if thedirectory is damaged beyond repair, you may need to reinstall the OS, or youmay have a damaged HD (repair utilities can only repair the directorystructure, not the HD itself). When this is finished, quit Disk Utility, quitthe installer, and restart. Once booted normally, go to Applications >Utilities > Disk Utility and run Repair Permissions. -
I have windows XP, just updated to the newest version and not none of my themes work. It's just all white for my tabs and tool bar. Very hard to see. I've reinstalled the themes and nothing works.

An app I purchased and downloaded directly to my Ipad is missing and not in my app files on my PC. When I go to the app store to re-download it I can not and the app says I have already downloaded it. How do I get my app back?
You should be able to copy it from your iPad to your computer's iTunes via File > Transfer Purchases, or you should be able to re-download it via the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes Store home page - if that says that it's already downloaded, then that implies that it's already on your computer
