Per my knowledge, the symptom could occur if the replication service tries to use the ports that occupied by others, or by a malfunction NIC. Please try the following
steps:
1.
Restart the windows firewall service
2.
Reboot the problematic machine
3.
Restart the “TCP/IP stack”. Run CMD as administrator, type “netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt” to reset TCP/IP.
4.
Try to temporarily disable antivirus.
I wonder if you could provide the model of the laptop and wireless adapter.
It will help us move more quickly toward a solution if you could collect the information now.

You can do it wirelessly, but that will take some time... you could also purchase a Thunderbolt to Ethernet adapter or a Thunderbolt to FireWire adapter. That would certainly be faster. You should be able to purchase either adapter at your local Apple Store or at the online Apple Store.

I cannot access my ebay account. I can still look for stuff but if I try to login in I get an error message saying that the connection was reset. This is the only site I am having issues with. The site works with IE6 but I would rather use Firefox.

- Having troubles listing items on ebay (uploading pictures)... this started before the logging in problems
- Problems only on laptop, other PC in the not having any problems

I doubt they will. But then I'm not sure as I used a migration program once about 18 years ago and totally FUBARed the system I had at that time and I've never used one again.
For me the reason to have a new system is to start fresh. Installing only program that I now use and manually copying data over from the older system.
Not sure your older version of Outlook, and the outlook mail boxes, are compatible with Office/Outlook for Mac 2011.
A better place to ask this question would be on the MS Office for Mac forums.

Wow, what an ordeal. First tried running the cleaner, then
re-installing 11.0.6 -- didn't work (and that was after several attempts
at reinstalling the Lexmark printer drivers and associated utilities,
which didn't help either).
Then tried a system restore to last week, when the print was working OK.
-- Didn't fix it.
Then tried cleaning and restoring 11.0.6 -- didn't work.
Then tried cleaning and restoring to version 10. Now printing works
fine and system seems back to normal.
Apparently, 11.0.6, which was working fine for a while, didn't like some
other system update, but version 10 is not bothered by that.
Thanks for your continued help and interest -- without your link to find
option for installing older versions, I'd still be stuck.
