When using safari on ipod touch.....how do I select " submit" button
My daughter is trying to sign on to the wifi network at her dorm with her ipod touch.....in Safari on the ipod touch, she enters her user name and password in the log in page, but the "submit" button cant be activated.........its visible on the screen of the ipod touch, but she cant scroll to it...

This should be an easy fix. Did you store your information with either iTunes or iCloud? If yes, then all you would need to do is reset the device. Perform a master reset. Go to settings, general, reset, and Erase All Content and Settings. Then when it comes time to re-activate the device, you will be able to get everything added back on from our iTunes or iCloud backup. Let us know if you have any questions.

Find where to turn it off in settings. HelpIf you mean at the top of the screen then that info bar will stay on the screen when you are in Safari and Mail, and a lot of other apps and you can't remove it (apps where it won't show include Videos and Photos if viewing photos full screen)

The balance is on the account, not the device.
Check your purchase history to see if something was purchased.
Check you computer and see if the balance is there. -

On i pod touch the orientation does not change when I turn it on it's side when using safari etc. When viewing youtube it only displays widescreen and will not display portrait , anyone any ideas? is this a fault or do all ipod touch do this?

Movies viewed in Videos and YouTube appear only in landscape orientation. Street views in Maps
also appear only in landscape orientation.
Do you have the scree orientation lock turned on? If on there is a circular arrow icon with a padlock inside next to the battery charge icon in the upper right. -

You can't do that.
And before you decide to store any music that you own on a computer at work, talk to your IT department. Many organizations do not permit it for legal reasons. Standard policies are that anything stored on company owned computers is the property of the company. It could not be legally stored on their machines unless you transfer the licenses and all copies, physical and digital, to the company, meaning you no longer own the music. If they were to be audited and could not prove that they own the music, they would be subject to copyright violation penalties. Just use your iPod when you're at the office if you want to listen to music. -

When powering off my iPod touch, any application (facebook, viber etc)installed using App Store won't work again
How to solve this issue?Try a hard reset first. Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons together long enough for the Apple logo to appear.
If still no luck, try downloading and installing a new app from the App Store. Doing so has cleared the issue up for several users.
