Dear kiran kumar  ,
Need for init
An initial load is done when a previous delta load fails and canu2019t be restarted.
This will happen, when you forcefully make failed delta to green
or missed delta pointer ..
Steps for performing init
1) Under InfoSources in the Administrator Workbench, search for the InfoSource name of the failed one
If you dont have infosource then you can go to datsource give the Datasource name
2) Open the Infopackage with u201CINITu201D in the name,
3) From the Menu Bar, select Scheduler --> Initialization options for source system
4) Delete the Init present over ther
5)schedule the IP with init agian without /with dat atransfer depending upon business requirement
Generall w/o is preferred
For more information please check these links
Delete INIT and load another INIT with Data Selections
init and delta run
Init. Delta
delta init without data transfer
Help - Init without data.
Hope it helps

Bala
