try restarting your iphone, resetting your iphone (hold down the sleep and home buttons for about 10 seconds until the phone restarts on its own), and maybe try another network. the reset usually works for me. hope this helps!

I recieved an ipod 5 for a early christmas present a day ago, I already owned an ipod 4 so i just used my info from that ipod as a back up for my 5g. but now when i try to download music from itunes it says i must use my security questions (which i made over a year ago) I can't remember the answers and i can't get on the email that it sends the reset info to. i don't know what to do and its really frustrating. please help ASAP!
You need to contact Apple to get the questions reset. Click here, phone them, and ask for the Account Security team, or fill out and submit this form.
Whichever method you use, you probably won't get a response until the 26th. If you absolutely must make a purchase before then, create a new Apple ID; you won't be able to transfer previous purchases or iTunes Store credit to it.

To use your Apple ID at the iTunes Store
Open the latest version of iTunes.
Choose Store > Sign In from the Store menu.
Enter your Apple ID and password, then click Sign In.
Click Review when asked to review your information.
Enter your billing information, a credit card will be required.
Click Continue when you're done entering your credit card and billing information.

I have a Macbook Pro that I have just renewed and transferred over my old hard drive (also from a Macbook Pro). Now when I turn on the computer and ITunes opens I get error (-50) and then error 5002 when I try to sign in to ITunes Store - Help!
My dealer has tried and failed (twice) to correct this and I have tried deleting the two items in the Itunes folder but no luck!were you able to get help on this? I need help on error 5002 as well. thank you

We are fellow users here on these user-to-user forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple, we won't know why.
Have you tried getting it enabled ? If not then you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
You might then need to log out of your account on any iOS devices that you have by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then log back in so as to 'refresh' the account on it.
If that doesn't fix it then you might need to contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page -

FIrst try a soft reset by holding down the home & sleep/wake buttons until the Apple logo appears then let go & let the iPad boot up normally.
If that doesn't help then to make sure you have a strong internet connection.
Try resetting Network Settings
Settings->General->Reset->Reset Network Settings,
You won't lose any data but will have to log back into your wifi networks.
Once logged back in and when the pop-up appears, try entering your password again. -

Everytime i eject my ipod and reconnect it all my music is gone. and sometimes while i try adding music to it. itunes completely freezes. please help. and sometimes when i plug it back into my PC i have to rename my ipod and such
Antivirus has a tendency to freeze iTunes sync Operation with iPod Classic, causing a timeout, which corrupt your iPod filesystem, so when iTunes can't read the iPod, it is pointing to this problem. Other causes is when your iPod hardisk is dying, or your battery is dying causing hardisk crashes.
My suggestion.
Connect your iPod to the PC and run chkdsk, to fix any iPod diskerror, then disconnect it, after chkdsk complete.
Disconnect your PC from Internet. (just to make sure no nasties creep into your system while you syncing.
Stop the Antivirus program
Connect your Ipod to the PC
When iTunes Open up, Restore your iPod please, this is for iTunes to map correctly, to fix the corrupted filesystem.
When Restore complete, eject the iPod and reconnect again.
Sync your ipod, preferably manually Manage in small batches and disconnect after every batch, to check that all is well, since you got such a huge library.
When all sync is complete, and iPod disconnected, start back your Antivirus and connect back the Internet.
If this doesn't resolve your problem, then let me know.

as sta.ted above i cannot download the Reader software from the Adobe website.there is nothing saved in nthe Windows downloads folder nor is there any sign of the Downloads box. We hnave W7 on the pc so know what to expect. Have even tried saving it
