Apple tv is giving me a meesage that says... There is a billing problem with a previous purchase. Go to the iTunes Store on your computer and click Purchase History to resolve problem. I have gone to my purchase history but can't seem to fix this issue.
You can contact the iTunes Store Customer Service department at no charge using the form on their Support page (select the category and subcategory closest to the issue you're reporting and you'll find an "Email Us" button) and explain your problem to them.

Go to itunes store on your computer and get your password". I have logged into itunes store on my computer, but I don't know what to do next. I accessed my account on itunes store hoping that would give me a pasword or other useful information, but no help. What am I supposed to do?
I was not complete clear.
Since you never changed the settings in the advanced section of iTunes preferecnes, you have to chech that your music is really in the location setted in the folders reported in the advanced section. If not you have 2 ways: reset the position of this folders or in the actual disk organisation or in the pointing on the preferences.
If you press the reset button you just give to itunes its default setting as for the position of the music files: probably this will be a good choice if you have never changed any default preference.
But before I would check the folders and see if the songs are really there

when I try to download an app on my new ipod 2, it saids app will be available for download when you login to your itunes store on your computer, nut my account is logon. Whats going on?
On your computer go to iTunes>Store>Check for Available Downloads like the message says. For some reason it will not download directly on your iPod.

I try to sync my iPad after I did authorize the computer.But still got the message to authorize the computer and can't sync.Why???
my message told me that if Iproceeded with the sync, several applications that were not authorized would be deleted. I went ahead and synced anyway. Apparently I had apps installed under a different password and those were the unauthorized ones. Well I couldn't tell if any of my apps were deleted. and some may have but all worked when I did this and the sync happened

I just bought a 5s and when I tried to sync it stopped saying my computer was no longer authorized for some of the items on my iphone. I went to store/authorize this computer and it said the computer was already authorized. How do I fix this?
I have the same issue. There are some suggestions to follow in the Apple support article http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1389 They didn't work for me but they may for you. My old iPhone 3S and iPad 2 syncs fine with iTunes.

I found the solution in another post. By deleting all my apps, I was able to sync the phone. I hope I don't have to delete all my apps every time I want to sync my phone, but at least now I am able to sync my phone.
