How do I download the latest version of Safari? I keep getting a message that my current version is no longer supported. Isn't there something I can just click on? I can't see how to actually download it (gen x, not as smart as I once was ), but please help me anyway.

You may have to settle for as recent of version of Firefox, as your OS X 10.6.8 will allow.
Even an older archived Firefox would be more recent than Safari from that era.

The method to get a later version of Safari, would be to see if the computer can be upgraded
to a later fully new OS X which includes a period-correct Safari version. That's about it.
And an upgrade to a later OSX may compromise the kind of computing experience you'd
found acceptable with Snow Leopard 10.6.8. I'd consider a later computer, as a vehicle to
access later OS X versions, and keep the older computer (with backups) in Snow Leopard.
The online App Store may suggest a later OS X version than you have. The latest it may
(or not) support is Yosemite. That would likely require a RAM upgrade and perhaps a new
hard disk drive of faster rotational speed, or perhaps an upgrade to SSD, to add speed to
allow the bulkier newer OS X to work OK. Then you may need to get newer applications.
Other available OS X versions, not as new as Yosemite, would be available by purchase
in the Apple Store online. A code would be sent to your email, to unlock these downloads.
If you fall into the potential upgrade trap, be sure to create viable external clone or bootable
copy of your current system on external device; and have backup Time Machine archive, too.
In any event... there isn't a newer Safari for Snow Leopard 10.6.8.

I have Mac OS X Version 10.6.8. When I connect my iPhone 5S, I get the following message "The iPhone cannot be used because it requires iTunes version 11.2 or later. Go to itunes to download the latest version."
When I go to iTunes, the software update says there is one available. I follow the prompts however, and the download doesn't work. Maybe I don't have enough memory? Help please!

Based on the information that you gave, you would at least need to update to OS X Lion (10.7), as that is the Mac System Requirements to get the latest version of iTunes. I am not able to use my Whats app. I can recieve message however i cannot open the whats app and read the message nor i can reply those messages.
A message bounce out asking to verify the country code and telepone no. After that it says to type in the 3 digits no. which they have send me via SMS however i never receive any number from SMS. Let's try the following procedure first.
Download and install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility from Microsoft:

Now run the utility ("Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up"). In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any *Apple Mobile Device Support* entries and click "Remove".
Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC, and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly? If so, do you get recognition for the iPhone this time around?

I need help understanding the issues on why i can not download the latest version of shockwave player. this affecting all of my game play on any game i attemt to run.

When you connect your ipod up to the computer. It should show the device, usually with the name of the device, in my case 'jordan's ipod'. This should be on the row which shows 'songs', 'albums' e.t.c on the far right. There when you click on it it should go to a different screen showing a picture of your ipod along with two buttons - Update and Restore. Click update and it should take a 2 mins while your ipod is updated to the latest version of Ios.
After updating te ipod see if there is a change in results.
PS: make sure the device is active while syncing so keep tapping the screen.
