Where can i find the UNIX Solaris Admin guide ?
I've downloaded the distrib on edelivery (Solaris 10) but most of the admin guide to install Primavera is refering to windows commands !
I've not really time to guess which is the replacement script in unix or whatever so ....
Where can i find the Solaris version of the admin Guide ?
Thanks a lot
PS: I'm a newbie on Primavera so i'm sorry if i'm asking stupid questions ....
You can use our documentation search page found at: http://otn.oracle.com/pls/db92/db92.federated_search
I searched 'application developer' and got plenty of results for 8i.

Where can I find the CS6 pdf Help Guide
It does not appear to be included with the Installer. I searched Adobe's site but found no reference to it. Anyone know how to locate it?
Thanks & regards, MurrayTrevor.Dennis wrote:

Rats! Now you're providing them with a way out.
Regardless of what they may or may not have meant, it's unconscionable of them to ship a major release without thorough documentation.
Click on any of the turkeys. You'll see more action there than the Adobe documentation group has shown in years. -

Where can I find the most complete iMovieHD Guide
My clips are imported from Canon T3i. My films are handheld sometimes jumpy though I make every effort to be stable. I am starting out editing fims from
a 33,500 mile trip across North America including Alaska. If by iMovie HD you mean iMovie version 6, from the year 2005-6, then the best guide I have found is "iMovie 6 - The Missing Manual" by David Pogue.

Where can i find the downloadable for C++ on Solaris 8 and 10?
Hello Guys,
Where can i find the downloadable for C++ on Solaris 8 and 10?
Thanks in advance.
SatishAlbeit Sun Studio 12 doesn't support Solaris 8, while Sun Studio 11 does, you would probably want to use 12's IDE during development process, so give it a try. You can use compilers from Sun Studio 11 (stable version already available) together with IDE/debugger from Sun Studio 12 (EA available for download and stable version on its way).

Where can i find the created group in portalcontent of content admin?
Hi all,
I have created a group with name Group1. I assigned some users to the group one by one. Is there any method to add 5 users at a time?
How can i store the created groups in the folder & where can i find the Group1in the portalcontent?
thanks & regards,
vilaYou can assign multiple users to a group by using the User Data Import option. Navigate to User Adminstration --> Import.
Create a file with the following entries and upload it for group assignments
[Group]
gid=YourGroupName
gdesc=...
user=User1;User2;User3...
To know the users assigned to a group,
1. Navigate to User Administration --> Identity Management.
2. Put your group name and search.

Where can I find the file where the static mapping allocations of the DHCP server are stored?
In our company we are using DHCP to assign static ip addresses to our clients.
Now we are forced to change the ip address range. To prevent changing each allocation
of mac-address to ip-address manually with the admin tool i would like to change the allocation
in the file where the allocations are saved. The reason ist that i just have to use copy & paste for all
the allocations.
So how is the file named and where can I find the file where
the static mapping allocations of the DHCP server are stored? Is it just an ASCII file?
Must i note anything when i change the file manually? From man bootpd:
BOOTP/DHCP STATIC BINDINGS
Static IP address to ethernet address bindings are stored in the /etc/bootptab file and in Open Directory. Bindings specified in the /etc/bootptab file take precedence over those in Open Directory.
See bootptab(5) for more information about the /etc/bootptab file.
For Open Directory, bootpd looks at the /Computers records for the following properties:
/etc/bootptab is a standard text file, while the records in Open Directory can be manipulated either through the command line, or via Workgroup Manager. -
Portal runtime error: where can I find the system log?
I got a portal runtime error. Like this:
Portal Runtime Error
An exception occurred while processing your request
Exception id: 10:22_16/05/08_0007_13424550
Where can I find the log file / more details?
Thanks
RenéHello rene,
2 ways for accessing log:
1) browse portal filesystem : \usr\sap\J2E\JC00\j2ee\cluster\<server instance>\log\
2) use sap log applications
I suggest you to use logviewer or visual admin(it contains logviewer) applications. It will display formated logfile and you will be able to filter on severity / User Name / date / .......
if you are using visual admin, just connect with Visual Admin then browse to <server name> / services / log viewer then again <server name> \usr\sap\J2E\JC00
j2ee\cluster\server0\log and then click on defaultTrace.trc
it is pretty the same navigation when using logviewer
Kind Regards

Where can I find the column declarations of table X$BH? or X$ tables?
Hi all,
does anyone know where can I find the column declarations for each X$ tables?
I did some googling and with no luck.
So, hoping that I can get some help here!
Thanks in advance!PhoenixBai wrote:
does anyone know where can I find the column declarations for each X$ tables?X$ tables are not "real" tables. They are similar to the +/proc+ file system on Linux that looks like a file system with directories and files, but is actually a view into kernel memory structures.
X$ tables are a view of internal Oracle kernel memory structures. And you need to be careful how you use these - not just how you interpret the data in them. Some structures when touched (using a select against that X$ table), will actually reset the values in the struct. (e.g. <i>X$KSMLRU - LRU flushes from the shared pool - (7.3 - 8.1) [ID 43600.1]</i>).
The basic question you need to ask yourself is what are you looking for using the X$ views into the internals of Oracle? Why are you not using the V$ and GV$ views instead? - these are what 99% of all dba admins and experts and tools use. The times that one need to dig into X$ views (that are mostly undocumented and can have major changes from version to version) are very rare. And requires at least some basic knowledge of how databases and operating systems work internally. -

Where can i find the OC4J.SH script file
hi everyone... anybody can tell me where can i find the oc4j.sh file.. ??? this script allows to run an instance of oc4j on linux... also this allows to start oc4j as a service.. please help.-... if you have the source of this script please put it here...
You should be able to find it in $ORACLE_HOME/bin, where $ORACLE_HOME is the place you install your oc4j. It seems this "oc4j.sh", "oc4j.cmd", or just "oc4j" comes to into being since oc4j 10.1.3. So you can just download oc4j 10.1.3 standalone, unzip the file, and find it in the bin directory.
As far as I checked, this oc4j.sh is a very thin wrapper around oc4j.jar or admin.jar. There is nothing fancy about it. You can just as well start your oc4j by
java -jar oc4j.jar
To start oc4j as a service, or a background process as it is usually called on linux,
java -jar oc4j.jar & -
Fire Fox sent not all the data in text form. Reached only piece of information. Where can I find the cache sent the text?
For example, I posted an article on a news site, but found that only a small part of my article was posted.I'm not sure whether Firefox saved that information. There is a chance that it is in the session history file, especially if you haven't closed that tab yet. To check that:
Open your currently active Firefox settings folder (AKA your Firefox profile folder) using
Help > Troubleshooting Information > "Show Folder" button
Find all files starting with the name sessionstore and copy them to a safe working location (e.g., your documents folder). In order to read a .js file, it is useful to rename it to a .txt file. Or you could drag it to Wordpad or your favorite word processing software.
The script will look somewhat like gibberish, but if you search for a word in your article that doesn't normally appear in web pages, you may be able to find your data.
Any luck?
For the future, you might want to consider this add-on, although I don't know how long it saves data after you submit a form: [https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/lazarus-form-recovery/]. -
Where can I find the app "password Saver" by yonglin wang? while updating my iphone the app was dropped for some reason. I went to reload from my purchased apps and it is not available. The history shows my purchase but I can not find the app to reload. I've lost some critical info and need to retreive if possible. Any suggestions?
You tried what ? If the app is no longer available in the store (can you find it in the main part of the store ?) for re-downloading then you would need to have a copy of it somewhere e.g. on your computer's iTunes, on a backup of your downloads.
