You download Origin and then register your Sims 3 games on Origin. You will have to make an account, but it is free. Then in the Origin Aplication, you can digitally downlad your Sims 3 games.

Can't get the patch/bank window for an external midi device to stay open

I am going to be very explicit with the description of my problem.
I am running Snow Leopard (10.6.1) and using Logic 9.0.1 on a MacBook Pro (2.16GHz, Intel Core 2 Duo, 4 GB memory).
I create a new empty project and add an external midi track.
I click on the track and select my Roland XV-5050, Channel 1 in the Library window.
I open the Environment window.
I choose MIDI Instr. from the pull down menu.
I select the XV-5050 icon.
I choose Define Custom Bank Messages under the Options menu.
I define all the Bank changes for my XV-5050 and close the Define Custom Bank Messages window.
I right-click on the XV-5050 icon in the Environment window and select Open Object Editor.
The patch/bank window opens and then immediately closes.
I can't get the patch window to stay open.
The same thing occurs when I double click on the midi track in the arrangment window.
Could someone let me know if they are able to get the patch/bank window to stay open or is it a bug?

Although this doesn't have much to do with your question, could you enlighten me as to how you connectd your XV-5050 to your mac with Snow Leopard? I can't get my Mac to "see" the XV at all.

Please help! I'm getting mad! I cannot open the most of the sites as I keep being redirected to the macromedia site to download the flash player! I have done it again and again but doesn't work! Can someone advise... where can I find the reight flash player for intel mac?
Also the macromedia site doesn't know wich player I need. I'm, coming from a PC world but with this mac I'm, getting confused. I feel like an ibrid ('mutantes' or something like that)!

How can I get the drop down window for a ID and P/W "Always remember" Auto Fill

Recently I had a mail issue with my ATT (Yahoo) Mail account and they temporarily changed by Password.
After the issue was resolved I changed it back but the auto fill kept the temporary Password in Safari when I log onto my e-mail account via the internet instead of the Apple Mail program.
In the Past, whenever I would put a different P/W or ID there would be a drop down window that said :
Never, later or Always remember", at least something like that terminology.
Since I have had no reason to change P/W or ID lately I do ot know if it is Lion issue or if there is a way of getting the drop down to appear.

Where would i get the little screws online for the bottom of my mac?

i sent my mac to get fixed buy apple over a year ago now most of the screws have come out the bottom and ive lost them? he probly didnt screw them in tight enuff? does anybody know where i can order some online with a little screw driver to?

had the same issue a couple of times - the first time, i went to the nearest Apple Store and was given the screws I needed for free.
the second time i needed a couple of the long screws - i went to an Apple Authorized Service Provider and again, I was given the screws for free.

I cant get the log in window for iCloud on my iPad?

I can't get the window to come up. All I get is the initial sign up window. I have an apple id , account, etc and they work fine. I can log into icloud on my iMac but can't even get the window on my iPad. I have tried resetting my iPad (i.e. push hold both buttons for a complete restart), resigning up for apple id, but I have one so that doesn't work,
I have never been not even able to get the page.
I have iCloud drive enabled.
iPad2, iOS 8.1,
OS10.10 on my mac

5.6.3 is the major version, but you can patch up to get the latest functionality, e.g. 7352374 for bursting.
Search on BI Publisher in Patches on MOS.

How do I get the Messages program on my Macbook Air to work properly?

When I use the Messages program on my computer (I have a Macbook Air), it does not receive all of my iMessages... It will get some of them, but not all of them. Is this normal?
For example, it will receive messages from someone I am already messaging on my laptop. But only if I keep replying on my computer. It seems if I reply on my phone for one message they stop going to my laptop.
I do NOT get new messages from other people. I have to write to them First on my laptop.
I also hate how it doesn't update.. It only shows convos that were on the laptop. Not on the phone AND laptop.
Just wondering if there is anyway to make them work simultaneously! Thank you to anyone who answers!

Associate your mobile number with your Apple ID, if you haven't already done so.
Sign out of iMessage on the Mac:
          Messages ▹ Preferences ▹ Accounts ▹ Sign out
and on the iPhone:
          Settings ▹ Messages ▹ Send & Receive ▹ Apple ID ▹ Sign out
Then, on the phone, tap
          Use Your Apple ID for iMessage
Sign back into iMessage on both devices and test.

I am a new Mac user and have the new MacBook Air. I want to buy a wireless printer but have no idea which one would be best. I have always liked HP printers for my PC. Thank you!
