Where is Help- Deactivate ??

I'm running CS3 Design Standard on OSX 10.5.6, and I would like to deactivate the license before installing a new hard drive. However, I cannot find the Deactivate option under the help menu !
I've looked in Illustrator and in Photoshop. Both show the following under Help:
System Info
Welcom Screen
Illustrator Help
Registration
Download e-License (grayed out)
Return e-License (grayed out)
Updates

It was purchased thru my university, so maybe it is as you say. Would that mean I can go ahead with my hard drive replacement and not worry about deactivation?

Open whatever application you wish to deactivate and from the top toolbar choose Help -> Deactivate. If this is for a Creative Suite then just open any one of the applications that are in it and deactivate thru that - it will deactivate the entire suite.

Where is help link on 'How to ask a question' ?

Using Thunderbird.
Tried to see where the Help > Help contents link opens.
Unfortunately, it does not open on the expected webpage with the immediate help link on 'How to ask a question'.
the link would then take the user to getsatisfaction/mozilla_messaging website.
I use the link to instruct Thunderbird users on what to include when asking a question.
Where is the page that contains this vital information?

Initially, i was just trying to see what on earth was going on with this website, as it was not behaving as expected.
Obviously, it has been significantly updated.
So I possed a question to see if I would be redirected to the getsatisfaction/mozilla_messaging website.
Obviously no.
Then I discovered that it is impossible to retract /delete an asked question.
Not helpful, I can only edit the question, so I have edited the question.
If you know the link where I can tell people to read when they want to know what details need to be included, then I would be most grateful.

Just to recap, this is a collection of ports I have collected over time for people who needed this information when setting up the HP ePrint app so that they could view their email from within the app. I am certain other applications also need this information. Although lengthy, I could not find a more comprehensive place to retrieve this information. Feel free to post additional information, faulty information, or other related topics below as this is simply a collection of data and it would be practically impossible to test all of them. I have an APEX application that I need to build a SQL statement for a LOV (List of Values). I have a hidden filed that contains the customer type which can be an 'R' or 'B'. The query needs to be able to display two different result sets based on the customer type of 'R' or 'B'.
If the customer type is 'R' then:
SELECT drg_descr d, drg_code r
FROM distance_ranges
WHERE drg_min_miles IN (0,5)
ORDER BY drg_min_milesIf the customer type is 'B' then:
SELECT drg_descr d, drg_code r
FROM distance_ranges

Where is HELP key on new Aluminum Keyboard?

Instructions for Boot Camp tells me to use the HELP key for the INSERT command in Windows. The aluminum keyboard has no HELP key. Where is the HELP key the aluminum keyboard??

I am having the same issue but only when I run windows XP - I really would like to know how to avoid this. it seems that after about 5 mins. of using the bluetooth keyboard in XP a key just randomly starts repeating until i turn off the computer - I was not able to get it to stop any other way. (it has nothing to do with range as I am 6" from the MBP at all times)

Where clause help.

I have table with a partition on a column of date data type. Each partition has a month's data in it. I use the following query to fetch the data:
select column1, column2
from table1 partition(apr2011)
where trunc(date_column) = '01-APR-11';
The query works fast when partition has less records(data for 10-15 days). But as the number of records in the partition increases(at month end), the time taken to retrieve the result is much more. Request you to please help me with an alternative for the 'where clause' to get faster data.

Dynamic query, where clause help

I do this sort of thing:

(that's pseudocode... I'd never use isDefined() or not use a <cfqueryparam> tag for my parameter values).
I don't like doing the somewhat popular WHERE 1=1 approach as it can force a full table scan (all rows in the table will match that, and each WHERE filter expression is applied to every row of the table being filtered), unless the DB optimises it out as noise (which is what it is). To me it's using bad SQL to cut corners.
To be honest though, I shy away from these generic sort of queries these days. Most of the genericism never gets used, and more specific requirements are better implemented to meet the precise need.
