Where Is it? - iPhone upgrade download??

Hi to all
Is it me? Is it my age? I simply don't seem able to find the download to upgrade iphone for Multiple messages, and all the new web apps etc; please point me in the right direction.

Not that it matters, but what version of iTunes are you running? Either 7.5 or 7.6 should work.
And you're connecting your iPhone via its cradle directly into a USB port? Does iTunes come up and try to sync with the iPhone, as usual? Try checking for updates on the iPhone screen?

Apple, please don't let AT&T dictate where you send iPhone upgrades.

What a hassle.
I have always had Apple send products to my business. We have a shipping department receive and sign for packages. AT&T, in its infinite wisdom, insisted that this time (not the last time) upgrades only go to the billing address, which is my home. I almost didn't order the upgrade because of this. So, I scheduled to have Thursday as a "work at home" day so I could receive the phone, and now I see that I will get it on Wednesday. Instead of a seamless user experience, I have to re-organize when to be home to receive the phone. More moving of appointments, etc... What a hassle. Dear Apple, please don't cave in to AT&T again like this. They have no idea how to treat customers. This is unnecessary. Let me decide where to have my upgrade sent.

You might be able to ask the shipping agent forward your new iPhone 4 to your work address. Just contact them to see how that works.

Bluetooth file transfer has never been supported with iOS devices.

There is no upgrade version. The serial number that you use dictates whether or not the software is treated as an upgrade. If you purchased it as an upgrade then the serial number you have is an upgrade serial number and that will require you to provide proof that you qualify ro install/use the upgrade.

Help! i accidently interrupted my iphone upgrade to ioS 6 and now my phone wont turn on completely. it just keeps showing the apple. it also wont register with itunes...i have tried turning it off and restarting it multiple times but nothing is working. HELP!

hey man, i feel your pain... here's my story and i'm pretty sure this will work for you... on the 19th of september i went to upgrade ios 6 and paused it about 1/10 through... when i plugged my phone up at night the screen was at the normal lock screen.. when i woke up at 10:30 am i went to check my phone and the screen appeared as an apple logo with a progression bar about 6/10 full.. it didn't seem to be progressing any more, but i guess that was only because it was so slow trying to download over wifi because it had all night to finish downloading.. anyways i needed to check my texts and the time so i held down the lock button and the phone turned off during the download.. when i tried to turn it on the apple logo would appear like normal trying to boot up.. then it would fade away and cut off.. then seconds later try to turn on again, by itself, repeatedly for hours on september 20. i tried restarting it (holding lock and home button down 10-15 seconds) but the problem with that is that the phone was already trying to turn on itself so it never would restart correctly... (continued turning on and off by itself).. i went to verizon and they said my phone is screwed.. go to apple if you wanna pay.. i called apple support and a lady helped me out here's the solution that worked after hours of thinking my phone is totally screwed.. when the phone is dark and cut off.. press and hold the home button before you plugin your sync cable to your usb port.. (have itunes up and ready) continue holding the home button and plugin the sync cable.. still holding the button, wait for a message from itunes appear that says it recognizes your device in recovery mode.. press ok.. the screen on your iphone should be a snyc cable and and arrow pointing to an itunes symbol... from there it is pretty self explanatory.. you will need to restore and update your phone from there which should be an option after you press ok... it takes awhile.. your phone will then go through one, or maybe a few progression bars (it may vary, not sure).. while your itunes will be restoring software & firmware.. when everything is done on itunes and your phone.. your phone should boot right up!!! reply if you have any more questions.. i'm so glad i resolved my issue today.. good luck!

You will still need your SN. As long as you registered, you can just add a tab in your browser and go to Adobe.com. In the upper right corner there should be a welcome with your name. Move to the small down arrow and select My Products and Services. That should give you your SN of the products that have been registered. Please make a backup of your download and SN for the future. If you had an upgrade version, you will also need the SN of the qualifying product.

iCloud storage will not help
The upgrade requires space on the iPhone to download and install
You can try to do the upgrade with Itunes on your computer which will decrease the amount of storage required
Or delete enougn data from the iPhone to give you the required space

I'm having the same problem. Mine do not show up in the purchased apps. It seems like I had this problem before with a different upgrade & was able to resolve it by emailing the question to Apple directly. Now I can't seem to find how to do that on their website or if it's even an option. I guess we're just supposed to solve these problems ourselves.
