Where is my preorder? Release date was FOUR days ago!
I preordered Tenacious D's Rize of the Fenix album on the 10th of May. In Australia, it was slated to come out the following day. However, the next day, the album has seemed to disappear from the Australian iTunes store. It has remained in other iTunes stores, such as the American store. The album is now available to be bought in other iTunes stores, but it doesn't appear to be in the Australian store.
Did I do something wrong? Is there something I can do?

I want to change my region and everytime it says my itunes match subscription is active. I disabled the auto renewal without any success!! I even called apple support that promised me to call within 2 hours, that was 10 days ago!! Any help??

Is there any way to change the feed in itunes? The only feed I have now is http://feeds.feedburner.com/CasaEgyptStation
I tried to restore the feed http://feeds.feedburner.com/imananddinasbroadcast but feedburner refused.
I know that I missed things up but I still have hope in working things out.

Okay so about four days ago my ipad says it has apps to update but whenever i go to the update apps page it will not load and i have tried rebooting signing out but nothing will work, any suggestions?
If you are getting the blank app update screen, many, many people are having this problem over the last couple of days. It is a problem that Apple must fix now.
According to Fly150 in another discussion, this will work.
If you want to update the Apps while waiting for Apple to fix Updates:
1. Go to App Store
2. Select Purchased
3. Select All
4. Scroll down to find the Apps showing update
5. Select update on the Apps
This should update the Apps and get rid of the update count in App Store. Apple needs to fix this. It is a workaround only until then. -
Last work on an unsaved Word document was 30 days ago. No record of the last work done on Spotlight. Are there are any other alternatives to recover the unsaved work?
Unlikely as it would probably have been overwritten by now.

Where is sort by Release Date in Smart Playlists
I use smart playlists to select and control what podcasts goto my ipod as the standard podcasting sync controls are pretty lame. Where is the order by release date colum? (show colum option) so why is this not included as an option?
Oh and as a hint I'm sure lots have seen if you hold down the control key while selecting a podcast it will pull back deleted podcasts...Sorry, I was looking under Podcasts, not at a smart playlist.
The release date is not part of the ID3 tags. It is read from the RSS server when the podcast is downloaded.

Taking this feature away makes it VERY difficult to find what you're looking for in the store now. For example, if you search for GLEE, and filter media by type 'music' there are hundreds of songs. I can't figure out how they are sorted (if at all.) If want the songs in tonight's episode I am out of luck!
Am I missing something, did it just move and I can't find it? This seems rediculously stupid to remove this feature. I keep looking for it because I can't imagine why Apple would want to take it away.

Where to find the release dates for Universal software
Can anyone point me in the direction of where I can get info on release dates of the Universal binary software and games.
Also would Rosetta really slow up a game like The Sims2 or would I not notice?

My Premiere Elements 7 says it has stopped working when it was a day ago?
About 2 days ago the program was working fine and i edited a video about half way... and then today when i wanted to edit it a box pops up saying adobe premiere is running out of system memory when there is about no space taking up on the computer and only 2 other videos edited besides the one im working on...and after the system memory box pops up it says that adobe premiere has stopped working....and then looks for a problem and shuts off... any help???

Consider this a little back seat driving.
What is the operating system of your computer? Is it Windows XP or Windows Vista or the new Windows 7? Is it 32 bit or the newer 64 bit type? Have you looked at the system requirements in the FAQ section of this forum (to the right of the user questions)?
As for getting at which drives the computer has, maybe try this:
Can you get to the Disc Defragmenter of the computer? It is usually found in Windows XP, Start/Programs/Accessories/System Tools/Disc Defragmenter. Open that and look to see what it lists for drives and each drives Capacity and Free Space. Besides a C drive, do you see any external hard drives?
Next, Start/Program/Accessories/System Tools/System Informaton, scroll down the list. What does it say for Total Physical Memory and Available Physical Memory.
Do you know about the Task Manager Performance as a tool for evaluating computer memory needs? If not, once we know your computer operating system, we can direct you to the appropriate how to links.
There are all sorts of possibilities here from preview files piling up in the local drive, not enough computer resources in the first place, source and format of video, and so on. When did you defragment your computer last?
Maybe lets start here and see where that leads along with SG's questions & answers.

Go to Solution.Just got off with tech support. At first he wanted me to use an instrument in the pin hole on top of my encore tablet. At least now I know this will reset the tablet to factory settings etc. However I did not have to do that. I held down the power button for about 30 secs. And the tablet did restart and the windows updates completed. It was that easy
