Where is the Help or User's Guide for this product?
I just installed Photoshop Album SE 3.2. Now I want to learn how to use it. I select Help from the menu, then select Adobe Photoshop Album Starter Edition 3.2 Help, and that takes me to the product download page; no user's guide, reference, or anything resembling them. Searching Adobe Support didn't get me anywhere. Is there help anywhere?

If you purchased it from Adobe, it is registered and that would prove ownership as well as the emaill they sent with the serial number.

HI together,
I'm very annoyed about the fact that I payed for Adobe Creative Suite Production Premium 5 (EDU version) and now I'm not able to use it on my new Mac. The Support team (Chat) from Adobe told me several times that the product/serial or whatever was canceled but this doesn't help me to get the product working and I won't pay again for this software. So what's the reason for cancellation? I can't see reasons for this and I don't understand why Support team can't help me. Already found Error "The serial number is not valid for this product" | Creative Suite but this doesn't helped me.

RenéMaybe this is also useful... They told me I canceld this by myself which is not the truth. I had a Windows machine and used Creative Cloud as well but I only canceld the Cloud, not my Serial Number for Production Premium...
So who is able to reactivate my Serial Number so that I'm able to use my product?

I'm trying to reinstall photoshop CS5 in a new laptop (pc) but i have an "The serial number is not valid for this product" error.
I have deactivated photoshop in the old computer.
The old laptop have photoshop installed with the DVD but the new laptop don't have DVD so i downloaded cs5 from Download CS5 products. ¿Maybe doing this is an error?the installation files work the same whether from a disc or download, but there are other ways to mismatch a serial and installer.

I am still using CS3. A while back I received an error: "Licensing for this product has stopped working" for my CS3 programs. I used the recovery program suggested by Adobe and was able to get Illustrator, Flash and Dreamweaver to work, but I still can't open Photoshop or In Design. I went back to the Adobe site and did every other trick they suggested to fix the error, but nothing has worked.
I then tried to uninstall photoshop from my CS3 suite (so I could reinstall) but got a JavaScript Alert: "Critical errors were found in set up. Please see set up log for file details." Seeing as I am not the best with the behind the scenes technical stuff, I have no idea what this means or where the set up log even is. Any help anyone can provide?
I have had CS3 installed on my computer for over a year. I started having problems about 4 months ago.I am having similar problem. Can't open any of CS3 programs after trying to download Dreamweaver Trial, which wouldn't work because "couldn't remove DLM extention" error message. So now I can not run Illustrator, Photoshop, or even Adobe Reader. These are properly licensed for about a year. I get "License for product has stopped working". Have 2 pending cases open with Adobe support (one for Dreamweaver trial, one for license problem) since 8/3 with NO ANSWERS - It says answers within 1-3 business days. Was on phone support hold today for over 3 hours before line went dead with no help. What is up with adobe support? Can anyone help?

You must repair the problem by uninstalling & reinstalling this product or contacting your IT administrator or Adobe customer support for help.It means what it says - reinstall. You haven't provided any system information or other details, so nobody can tell you more than that, anyway.

CS5 Design premium, serial invalid for this product, however this is the right serial
I have pulled from the registry the serial for CS5.5 Design Premium, and deactivated it, afterwads uninstalled it and now trying to reisntall and it says it is invalid however this is the working serial

Good point (though I wouldn't go as far as "failure"). It is surprising that Apple haven't followed the conventions used (for example) in Microsoft's Office products where Help (via the question-mark-in-a-circle icon) is always available in the UI irrespective of the user's choices of enabling/disabling the menu bar, toolbars, ribbon, etc. Having the menu bar default to disabled also seems counter-productive - Apple may see this as "simplification" but I can't imagine that any users, other than those who make the bare minimum use of iTunes, would not want to have the functions available via the menus available at all time.

The same thing happend to me as well, Updated both my Iphone4 and Itunes to IOS.5 and iTunes 10.5 and the Ringtone on both my computers and the tab is gone under my library, not only that but when i click on my iPhone device the "RINGTONE" option appears every other time, i asked my friends if theirs is gone too, they said no.... i really hope someone helps up out with this, its kind of ******* me off
