Where is the Safari for Windows Bookmarks file located? Need to recover it.

My primary hard drive failed and I can't boot into the system. I'm on my 2nd hard drive but now I want to recover the bookmarks that I saved in Safari from my primary HDD if possible..

I am about to rebuild my X201 Laptop with Windows 7 Ultimate x64. I downloaded systemupdate40-2009-10-19.exe and systemupdate40-2009-10-19.txt. The txt file is extremely poorly formatted for notepad. It is one long line.
Also, from what I can make out in the description at the begining of the file it only has support for XP, 2000 and Vista:

Safari 6 does not have Activity window as a feature any more.
Apple removed it.
Apple does not say anything about why it is removed.

Where to download safari for windows?

ive had it before, there i no download link anywhere on the apple website and all third party sites offering the safari download for windows are fake?...am i missing something?

Where does the jar for a custom tag libary need to go?

I am having trouble getting a custom tag library's classes found. These are located
in a jar file called blazix.jar.
I have the following GetName.jsp:

I got it. Just needed to add my own lib directory under WEB-INF and copy the jar
to it.
Question though, why wouldn't this get generated for me? Would think it would
be a common thing to need.

Where is the Application Sharing defaulttrace.trc file located?

but where is the Application Sharing file located? or it means the J2EE defaultTrace file?

Collaboration uses the logging mechanisms of the J2EE Engine. Therefore it is the defaultTrace.trc under .../usr/sap/<SID>/Jxx/j2ee/cluster/serverX/log/ .

Where are the FCPx and iMovie audio files located in fcpx 10.1

I updated to FCPx 10.1 a couple days ago and have now realized that none of the FCPX or iMovie audio files are showing up under the Music and Sound button. Does anyone know where they've run off to?

Where did the Safari Download window go?

I downloaded a file via Safari and the Download Window did not spawn. I clicked on Window and the Download item is gone.
Also, when I took this screenshot and tried to save it as a jpg image, the Save As option in Preview is gone and you must now use Export. Sadly, the Export options does not tell you what size the resulting file is.
Any help is appreciated.

i tried downloading here but what i got is the 3.0.3 version.

Where is the generic postscript ppd.gz file located?

I need the file path to delpoy a printer that uses generic postscript. With that file path I can create a unix command in ARD to deploy the printer to any machine that needs it.

It's not in .gz format, but it's located here:
/System/Library/Frameworks/ApplicationServices.framework/Versions/A/Frameworks/P rintCore.framework/Versions/A/Resources/Generic.ppd

Where to download QuickTime for Windows?

I'm going to be doing an online class where students will need to have QuickTime on their computers to view movies I'll be playing in the class. I found the page on the Apple site for people to download the current version of QuickTime if they are Mac users, but where is the page for Windows users? I need to post this on my web site for them to access this program if they do not already have it.

Actually, the link is exactly the same. If you are on a PC and you go to that URL then it will offer you the windows version. Somehow it detects what OS you are running and then offers the correct version to you.

Installation of Safari for Windows 5.1.7 fails

I have been setting up a new PC with Windows 7 (64-bit Home Premium). I have gotten QuickTime (32-bit) 7.7.3 and iTunes (64-bit) 10.6.3.25 installed apparently successfully (at least, iTunes works). But the Safari for Windows 5.1.7 installer gives the error message "This installer is intended for 32-bit versions of Windows. Please obtain the 64-bit installer from http://www.apple.com/support/downloads/bonjourforwindows.html." and will not finish. I downloaded and apparently successfully installed Bonjour Print Services for Windows 2.0.2, but Safari still will not install. Does anyone have advice about how to get past that error?
