Where to download OCF ?

Hi friends,
I�m very excited about starting to develop smart card applications with JAVA CARD for the applets and OCF for the PC soft.
I�ve bought a very interesting book which indicates i have to download the Open Card Framework (OCF) from the internet but the download page that comes in the book is not working.
Where can i get the OCF installation package ?. I really need it to be able to advance with the book�s tutorials.

Hello, I was developing an interface for the GSC cac, but I had trouble accessing the CCC. Can someone please tell me the steps: Here is what I have:

CLA = (byte)0x00;      INS = (byte)0xA4;      P1 = (byte)0x04; P2 = (byte)0x00;      byte offset = (byte)0x00;
          byte [] ccc = {(byte) 0xA0, (byte)0x00, (byte)0x00, (byte)0x01, (byte)0x16, (byte)0xDB, (byte)0x00};
          Lc = (byte)ccc.length;
CommandAPDU cmdCCC = new CommandAPDU(CLA, INS, P1, P2, ccc, offset, Lc);
          byte responseData [] = null;
          //Actually Transmit to the command to the card
          try
               response = chnl.transmit(cmdCCC);      
               responseData = response.getData();
And I get the SW=9000. But according to the Government Smart Card
Interoperability Specification Version 2.1, I believe the next step in 6-2 of the manual is to read the CC, but when I try to do that how it is stated in the manual, I get SW=6d00 returned from the card.
Does anyone know what I am doing wrong? Perhaps I need to verify the password with the card first before I get information. Please... any help... as much help as possible... would be soooo greatly appreciated. I thank you all for your knowledge and expertise
