Which type of documents are used in a project

which type of documents are used in a project whether it may be implementation or development or upgradation or supporting
and pls send the procedure how we can proceed in these cases as abaper
thanks in advance

Hi Praveen,
Generally we have FS(Functional Specification) is created by Functional people.
And technical designer develop the TS(Technical Specification).
Developer gets the TS and write ABAP code for development.
There are other documents like:
1. TR file for tracking all transports
2. TCR(technical change request) for change later if FS change.
Hope it will clear the process.

  • How to know which type of jdbc driver used in my application

How to know which type of jdbc driver used in my application.

    My approach will be....
Type1: you have to have ODBC s/w install on your machine...even the connection string starts with jdbc:odbc....so it can be identifed easily
Type2: you have to install client s/w in your machine...if you are using oracle oci driver ...you need to install oracle client s/w
Type3: you use servername / port to connnect to middleware
Type4: you do not need any client s/w
So, If your application works without any client s/w on your machine....you might be using Type4/Type3 driver.....otherwise Type2

  • I would like to read a text file in which the decimal numbers are using dots instead of commas. Is there a way of converting this in labVIEW, or how can I get the program to enterpret the figures in the correct way?

The program doest enterpret my figures from the text file in the correct way since the numbers contain dots instead of commas. Is there a way to fix this in labVIEW, or do I have to change the files before reading them in the program? Thanks beforehend!

You must go in the labview option menu, you can select 'use the local
separator' in the front side submenu (LV6i).
If you use the "From Exponential/Fract/Eng" vi, you are able to select this
opton (with a boolean) without changing the labview parameters.

All you will need is a USA adapter for your MBP power adapter since it will work in  electrical environments from 100v. to 220V.  It seems that a type B will be needed.

  • Which type of ADC is used in M Series, S Series and C Series DAQ Cards?

    Hi
I want to know which type of Analog to digital converters(ADC) are used in M Series and S Series DAQ Cards. I know that DSA Cards and some C series are using Delta Sigma ADC. What about the ADC used in non delta sigma C Series modules. Why Delta sigma ADC is not used in M series and S series DAQ cards.

    Hi Samuel.
The ADC type used is Succesive Approximation ADC. You can refer to the following links for your reference.

  • Customer Aging Report(without reconciled transaction)-what types of documents are considered?

    Hi Friends,
As per my knowledge,Customer Aging Report consider only those documents(ar invoice,ar downpayment, incoming payment-payment on a/c,ar credit memo) which are open and showing balance due and standalone JE against Customer.
As I cross checked,I found those standalone JE where Customer and round off account are considered as debit, credit are not considered by 'Customer Aging report'.
So,I just want to know what are all the logic based on which SAP B1 standard report 'Customer Aging ' (without reconciled transaction ) consider the documents????

Which SAP B1 Version and Patch is under use at your end ?
There were issues in SAP B1 regarding reconcilliations in versions prior to 2007 series.

  • Which type of index is useful for date columns with time stamp

    Hi all,
I am using date column in the where clause of an SQL Query. The values stored in the date column are includes timestamp. The query is very slow and there is no index on the date column.
Can any body suggest which index is better on date columns
    Thanks

I am using date column in the where clause of an SQL Query.Dates a re hard queries to tune. This ...
WHERE start_date BETWEEN to_date('01-SEP-05') AND to_date('02-SEP-05')...probably requires a very different execution plan to this...
WHERE start_date BETWEEN to_date('01-JAN-01') AND to_date('02-SEP-05')Just bunging an index on the date column may speed up your specific query but break something else. So be careful.
    Cheers, APC

  • Which type of fish are you?

So me and my wife have this endless conversation about working for a company. Sometimes we agree and sometimes not so I figured i'll post it here and see what you guys think. So assuming most of us here, if not all of us are in the IT field. Some are managers, some are more technical but all share the same goal: to do our best regardless to where we are and get as high as we can. The question is, in what type of environment would you like this to happen with one simple idea: the smaller the environment, the faster you will grow. For example: If you're an IT Manager for a non-tech company (let's say a bank, a law firm, a non-profit org.) you are most likely to be in a high management position and the person who everyone needs and wants. The company is really depended on you (for good and bad) and replacing you will be a big process since...

Against my better judgement I installed a demo of SolarWinds IPAM on our VMware vCenter server (Server 2012 R2, physical server). It's a web-app and uses SQL so I thought it might conflict with vCenter, but I took the risk and now I'm paying for it. I completely uninstalled all Solarwinds programs and SQL 2008 R2 (still have SQL 2012, as I did originally), but I cannot start the VMware vCenter services that run vCenter (vctomcat & vpxd). Also, I got an error twice that IIS is not installed, even though it *is* installed. I have already removed SQL Express (2k8) as a dependent service and "Protected Storage" was not listed (I'm referencing this). The error I get when I try to start the VPXD service now is:
Windows could not start the VMware VirtualCenter Server on Local Computer. For more information, review the System Even Log...

  • Which type of Apps are recomonded for production implemenation - Auto hosted or Provider hosted ?

    Hello,
We are building intranet application on office 365 and SharePoint
online , most of the implementation is using SharePoint auto hosted apps. These
apps are mostly for branding and deploying customizations.
    We heard that
Microsoft is recommending provider hosted apps over auto hosted apps, is that
true ? any specific reason for not using auto hosted apps for “production
    implementations” ?
I know that auto hosted apps are not allowed in MS
store and may be since it creates Azure web sites it could be cumbersome (or
less control) for operations teams to manage. Kindly share any thoughts or
    recommendations.

    Hi,
To make a decision between the two types of apps, you’ll need to match your goals and requirements to the appropriate hosting pattern.
The biggest difference of the two types would be the hosting place. As the Provider-hosted app can be hosted on Windows Azure or any remote web platform, you will be responsible
for creating the installation, upgrade, and uninstallation logic of the remote components.
For the Auto-hosted app whose remote components are provisioned and deployed for you on Windows Azure, all Windows Azure and Windows Azure SQL Database components are provisioned
for you when the app is installed. However, the infrastructure is still in preview status, that would be the case you should consider.
You can take a look at this documentation for more details.

  • Please tell any one which toll generally we are using for reports

hi evertybody, please give me this information regarding report generation, and can tell me the brief information reg segment, document splitting
    thanking you.

    Hi
I  think  toll  means  total.    in  reporting  you  can  have total  at  any level .   The  sum  function allows you to  select the  block and  you can  set  total there.
Segment is  a  part of  company code for  which  separate balance sheet has to be  prepared as  per  US Gaap, IFRS etc.  This  is  supported by  SAP by   the  document splitting   function.  You has to  define  scenario  update for  both     profit center and   segment,  as   segment is  derived  from  the profit  center master.  All  transactions are   split according to the  document splitting rule .   Also  you have to  activate    zero balancing  in  document splitting , so that    balance sheet  for  segment  can be  generated.
    Thanks

  • What type of connectors are used with MXI-4 cables?

I have two MXI-4 cards (PXI-8331). One in each of the two PXI chassis that I have in the lab
I also have three MXI-4 copper 190957A-03 cables and would like to connect the cables together using connectors (preferably two mini DB9 Fem/DB9 Fem gender changing connectors or something simular)
Again the goal, in the first PXI to have One PXI-8331 that connects to a MXI-4 cable which will connect to a mini Fem DB9 connector Which connects to the second MXI-4 cable which then connects to the second mini Fem DB9 connector that will now connect to the third MXI-4 cable which will now connect to the second PXI-8331 in the second PXI.
Again one long line between the two PXI-8331 slots using three cables. If these two DB9 connectors cannot be used what do you recommend?
    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

Solved, I called NI support and was told the 'bulkhead  connector' idea of mine wouldn't work. The high freq traveling across the Fibre Channel cable would cause conflicts with the DB9 Fem/Fem connections I planned to use.
Solution, find two MXI-4 cables where one end was male the other female. Then use the third cable (male on both ends) to interconnect the two. NI doesn't have these MXI-4 FC (DB9 M/DB9 F) cables but I found them elsewhere.
    Thanks for the help...

  • Which attached storage you are using for your Macmini Server?

    Hi all,
I am very confusing to choose a right attached storage for my small office use - with my Macmini server - for storage shared files, documents...
My intend is to select one with:
    - Firewire 800 connection (2 is best)
    - 2 internal disks so I can make RAID 1
    - Do not need any manual operating like turn on, turn off when power Mac down, up or electricity down, up
    - Quiet
    - Not make a lot of heat
I read many review of product as Buffalo, WD, Drobo, Promiss... but I still not quite convince before make an order. Each products has some weak points (as I understood through review):
    - Promiss: can not power on it self after electricity down and back, so this means we need a person to manually turn it on after that.
    - Drobo: noisy and bad quality?
    - WD: has some problem to maintain mount (through firewire) when reboot macmini?
    - Buffalo: I preffered this one but it do not have Firewire, only USB 2.0 and I afraid this is not enough for my sharing files purpose.
So please share you experience and help me to choose the best, thanks!

    Thanks!
I just bought 2 Buffalo box (single disk), I will try to buy Drobo box for a RAID soon!
BTW, do you have problem when restart server when use firewire connection?

    Hi
I was able to find a solution
I built a new dataset in report builder using the same table as before but tried out the "Group and Aggregate" function and for the case_ship
field I chose "Sum" as my aggregate.... In essence this gave me a very cool and easy daliy sum of the shipped cases.
When I used this new dataset and built my matrix report I was able to easily get the max daily shipment for each product by week, month and
    year.
