Which version of Reader allows you to add and/or delete pages from a pdf file? My company just reloaded all basic software and I now have version 11, but it isn't the same and I lost this functionality.

I just need to know which version to download because I don't remember which one I had. Currently have vs. 11 which doesn't allow adding/deleting pages.

No versions of Adobe Reader allows this. You more than likely had a version of Adobe Acrobat. Any version of Acrobat has this ability.

Since I joined (and upgraded) to the Adobe on-line subscription, I can no longer view a pdf file with thumbnails of all the pages and can no longer drag or move the pages around as I had done in the older version. The answer is very simple: You were not the original owner of the phone. Target sold you a phone that had been returned. You can verify the date of the original sale here: Apple - Support - Check Your Service and Support Coverage. I suspect you will find that the warranty expiration date is not one year from the date that you bought it.

Try this:
Make sure IOS is updated to latest version
Reboot device by pressing both the home button and sleep/wake (power) buttons at the same time for 10-15 seconds until the apple logo appears on the screen, then let go.
If that doesn't work then reset the device by going to settings/general/reset/reset all settings

3. Select " Manipulate Pages"

Do I understand correctly that you'd like to extract two pages from a PDF, and then send them via email?
To extract pages from a PDF, you need to use Acrobat. If you don't have Acrobat, you can try it for free for 30 days. Please see http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat.html.
I'm not sure what you mean by "enlarge" it. When your recipient views the PDF, they can enlarge the view (zoom in on the PDF) by choosing options from the View menu in Acrobat or Reader.

Itunes claims it's downloading, but my balance stays the same and the song never shows up under 'purchased' Help, please!

I have a balance of $29, and just yesterday redeemed a giftcard, so itunes appears to be working correctly, however whenever I attempt to purchase a song it still has me enter my apple ID and password, and the 'mini-player' states that it is 'purchasing' for about half a second, yet it has not purchased.....the song does not appear in my library, and my balance stays the same. Friend has purchased several books on her iPhone and now has been lost when iOS was upgraded, this was done as phone was not functioning correctly (apps failing)...
After successfully upgraded software, all audio books where removed.... Unable to go back to a early backup, as only appears to be backups valid from after upgarde of iOS...

Windows 8 reset failed, my laptop seems to work but the performance isn't the same and refresh/reset isn't possible anymore

My problem started when I found a trojan (win32/skeeyah.B!plock) in my computer. Both Windows Defender and Malwarebytes detected it and claimed to remove it, but to be sure it was gone (I read online that it's hard to get rid of that one) I decided to perform a reset. I chose the deep reset option, it took about 5 hours to reach 92%, and then I got a message that the reset had failed. It gave me some options, and I chose to repair windows so I could keep using my machine. I had to set it all up again, like windows was really installed again. It seems to be working fine but it's a bit sluggish, and it bothers me that the reset failure might have left some broken files.
After testing it for a while, my only problem other than sluggishness was that I couldn't install google chrome ("Clickonce_bootstrap.exe - system error" was the message I got when the installation failed) but it bothered me enough to want to perform a refresh, to fix anything that might have been left broken. When I tried to do this, I got a message asking me if I trusted the source of the files that were attempting to perform changes on my computer, and listed my own hard drive as the source. I chose to trust it, and then I got a message telling me that the files needed to perform the refresh weren't in my computer, so I was prompted to insert the install disks. They didn't come with my laptop (Dell Inspiron), but I saved the installation files into a usb stick before doing the reset (Using Dell Recovery and Back Up), so I inserted the usb, and it told me that these weren't the right files. After that, my only option was "Cancel". Same thing happened for both refresh and reset.
Like I said, the computer seems to be functional, but I'm afraid the system might be unstable and crash on me randomly. Is there anything I can do?

Do not reinstall Windows 8, it is obsolete. Instead make installation media for Windows 8.1 with Update 1:

Test restoring while connected to a known-good network.
MY suggestion would be to try to create a new user on your computer, make sure your fire wall is turned off, make sure your using the cable that came with the device, make sure theres nothing else plugged in, such as camera, printer, mouse and keyboard are fine, and make sure your anti virus is turned off
