While i am creating the UDF in the marketing document I am getting the error message 131-183 could not able to create the data base.
Any one can help me out releated to this problem

Hi JN,
There is no limit in number of UDF but in record length. This a SQL
Server 2000 limitation which establish 8060 bytes as maximum for a
record. This limitation does not exist in MSSQL 2005.
Therefore, in order to be able to add more UDFs you should reduce the
size of the existing UDFs or upgrade the system to MSSQL 2005.
Please refer to the SAP note 816387
The solution to this problem is to decrease the size of the
User Defined Fields. Either by decreasing the length or changing
the definition of "Alpahnumeric" fields to Text, or the last resort
is to remove the fields.
All these actions have to be done via the SAP Business One application.
The change of field type alphanumeric to Text might influence the
performance.

For a IDOC to File scenario, just follow these steps:-
SLD-
1) Create a Product/Software Component
2) Technical System pointing to R/3 system
3) Business System for the above technical system
In the Repository
1) Import the Software component created in the sld
2) Create a namespace,
3) import the idoc and then create sender data type/message type etc and mapping
4) Mapping Rules is depends on the requirement
In the Directory
1) Create a Scenario /import the business system
2) Create Receiver/Interface determination
3) Create communication channels for sender and receiver
4) Sender Agreeement and Receiver Agreement.
Then the file adapter configuration is depend on the input file format.
Also you need to have Logical destionation created in the XI , and the IDX1 entry
In R/3 Port, Partner profiles etc should be created

In addition do the following in XI:
1. SM 59 - Create RFC destination pointing to R3.

I have actived infocube 0FIAR_C03 in BI content. Ago, The creation infopackage have been deleted in the past , today, I created a infopackage, while I update mode selected u2018initialize delta processu2019, then click save button , the system prompt u2018Deltas already loaded for request REQU_D64R47LDUSZHY9CBIB86WMLFJ init.selection; no 2. initu2019, I canoti save it for my setting. Why is this?
Then I have search cause in SDN, and I have reference OSS Note 852443 to do .
Note 852443 have mention some table: RSSELDONE、RSSDLINIT、RSSDLINITSEL、ROOSPRMSC、ROOSPRMSF.
I have to delete that request of record using se16 in these tables: RSSELDONE、RSSDLINIT、RSSDLINITSEL.
in my BI 7.0 system, ROOSPRMSC、ROOSPRMSF is no any data.
I was no found delta queue in RSA7.
Now . Dump error while creating or double click the info package, how can I change this?
Please let me know the solution.

I am getting "An error occurred while creating a subprocess in the processing server. [RCIRAS0603]" error while opening the previous instances of the crystal report in BOCMC.
I am trying to run or schedule the report but it is always going to "PENDING STATUS".
(Previously it was resolved after restarting the server. Error : problem in ProcessingServer)
Could you please suggest.

I have developed a Crystal Report using CR 2008 with SAP BW as the datasource. The report is executing fine in CR 2008, but when saved to the BOE, in Infoview it is throwing the following error:
An error occurred while creating a subprocess in the processing server. [RCIRAS0603]
Did anyone face similar issue? Is there any resolution for the same.?
I have deleted the report from enterprise and saved it back, still facing this problem.

Crystal Reports processing (CR Page) server is not operational.
There could be many reasons for this.
CR processing server traces will need to be enabled and analysed by support.
You should also be on the latest patch release.
Sometimes following steps help :
1) Stop all of the XI 3.1 processes using the ./stopservers command (ensure they are all down before proceeding)
2) Once all processes are stopped ensure the serverpids directory is empty
<install dir>/bobje/serverpids/
If any files are within the 'serverpids' folder, remove them.
3) Go to bobje/tmp
Remove any MW, .MW, mw, .mw and regss files and/or directories
4) Go to /tmp
Remove any MW, .MW, mw, .mw, and regss files and/or directories
5) start servers back up.
If this doesn't help - you'll need to open a Support Incident

This error comes up due to number range problem in the
tables.
As you have said this is a third party Sales order, just check if this is relevant to the PR being generated or the Sales order getting created.
Check the Current number of the PR document type in the EBAN table & check if it is the same for the Number ranges in customizingin OMH7.
If they are not the same... & the current number in OMH7 is smaller than the Number in the table EBAN , you need to change the current number equal to the EBAN table.
If this is the case fior sales orders similarly check for Sales order table & sales order number range object.

While creating pdf from html, the alignment is not proper

Hi,
In my application, I am creating a pdf report from html using (using Generate pdf 1.1 - HTML URL To PDF activity) which contains certain images and descriptions.
But, while generating pdf the alignment is not proper. In the HTML there is no paging, but in the output pdf the image div is getting broken when new pages are generated.
Some blank areas are coming the report.
Actually I need an exact replica of the HTML as a pdf, with paging.

Quoting:
Make sure that the Oracle Business Analytics Warehouse instance is granted the SSE_ROLE. For more information, see Section 4.4.1.1, "How to Create the SSE Role."
This role would typically get more privileges than just CONNECT and RESOURCE.

Error occured while creating site collection for the first time in SP2013

While creating a new site collection in SharePoint 2013, I need to do atleast 4 times " Go back to Site" begore it appears properly. Could you please let me know why this error is occuering while we create site collection for the first time.
Is it aknown issue or due to RAM contraints.I am using 16 GB of RAM in Web tier.

You can get by with 16 GB of RAM so I am guessing that is not the cause. Although, you could verify your memory utilization during the process. As long as you don't exceed 95% you should be fine. Next time, I would instead look up the
error in the ULS logs using the correlation id and see if you can get more details of what is causing the error.

Facing problem while creating a report on the value of a UDM in oem gc

Hi,
I have created a report in OEM grid control. I have selected a host for this. And I have selected an UDM from the metric list. The report works fine shows the correct graph in the report.
The problem is that along with the value from the respective udm , I am also getting the values from other metrics.
Between, I also noticed that the metric I selected is not highlighted when visited next time to the report edit page. I guess this could be the cause but dont know how to fix it. May be I am wrong, If any other issues or suggestions to my problem , Please Advise.

Verification failed while creating recovery media using the HP Recovery Manager

Model: HP Pavilion G6 2005 AX
Processor: AMD A8
OS: Windows 7 Home Basic
HP Recovery MANAGER 5.0.2.0
I wanted to take backup of the OS and drivers for the recovery
during the 4th step(Verification) in the creating Media Recovery Manager the verification failed
I used DVD's as the option
It asked me for 5 blank DVD's
During writing of first DVD after the third step (buring) in the forth step (verification) after 75% it said
verification failed
I tried it twice same thing happened
Any Suggestions

i also meet the same problem , but after I used sony dvd+r. the problem've been solved. so change the brand of your DVD+R.

Print BP Address udf's on Marketing Documents

We have created two udf's with the Business Partner Bill and Ship To Address's (crd1).
We need to print these on marketing documents with the rest of the address. The udf's don't carry over from the BP to
the marketing document when it is created and I can't seem to get to them through the tables in pld. I have the OCRD table available in pld, but not the CRD1.
Does anyone have any thoughts? Can this be done?

Upgrading my JDK to 1.6 in my PC almost solved the problem. Anyway, sometimes that happens again.
What I actually do:
1.-Creating my Message Mapping
2.-Saving it
3.-Developping my UDF
The problem occcurs when you create an UDF and just in that moment you don't save it. It will be a bug...
