Why am I getting a message that I need to log into the Canadian store for app updates and I tune purchases?
Should you be in the Canadian App Store? Is that your store? Of not - or of you need to see what store you are in.
Settings>iTunes and App Stores>Apple ID
Tap your ID
Tap View Apple ID
Enter your password
Go to country/region in the popup window to change the store

That one's consistent with disk/file damage. The first thing I'd try with that is running a disk check (chkdsk) over your C drive.

Windows 7 instructions in the following document: How to use CHKDSK (Check Disk)
Select both Automatically fix file system errors and Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors, or use chkdsk /r (depending on which way you decide to go about doing this). You'll almost certainly have to schedule the chkdsk to run on startup. The scan should take quite a while ... if it quits after a few minutes or seconds, something's interfering with the scan.
Does the chkdsk find/repair any damage? If so, can you get an install to go through properly afterwards? -
I keep getting a message that my ipad2 cannot connect to the apple store.
I get onto the apple Store site and can see everything, but when I try to get a new app or update an existing app, I can't get a download, and get an error message instead. Anybody know why?
Usually it's because you are not making internet connection via wifi.

Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.

I just tried to download - 3 times - 2 from I.E. 11 and 1 from Chrome - all get the same result that there is an error in the installer file.
I'm not seeing any way to contact Adobe directly, only forums and this one seems closest to what might be helpful. Thanks for any advice you can provide.use a different (wired) internet connection and/or a download manager. you can also try dl'g from prodsigntools.com

if you have a problem starting the download, you didn't follow all 7 steps, or your browser does not accept cookies.
the most common problem is caused by failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).
failure to obtain that cookie results in an error page being displayed after clicking a link on prodesigntools.com or initiates the download of an incorrect (eg, current) version. -

2. Tap your Apple ID.
3. Tap View Apple ID.
4. Enter your password.

After installing CC, loading wheel spins indefinitely
