Why am I getting the message "Your app isn't identified as a universal app in the Store." when I have already associated my Windows Phone app to my Windows Store app?
I associated two Windows Phone apps to their respective Windows Store apps yet one of them is giving me this message on the pricing tab...
"Your app isn’t identified as a universal app in the Store. Publish a Windows app with the same name, and you’ll enable the universal app icon, with all the associated benefits. If you’ve already published a related Windows app, this icon may not
be appearing because of restrictions you’ve set on your app.
Learn more about these restrictions."
I have checked under "Learn more" and I am meeting all the requirements for the icon to show. Please help as I really think having this icon on the Phone store will help downloads and I want my users to know there is a Windows partner app.

I downloaded the new OS X Yosemite.
Not sure what you mean by new, since Yosemite was released about 9 months ago.
When i try to open it i get this message, The version of iPhoto installed on this Mac is not compatible with OS X Yosemite.
iPhoto version 9.6.1 is the latest version of iPhoto that is compatible with Yosemite. If you're just now updating to Yosemite from an older version of OS X, then you may have missed your window of opportunity to upgrade iPhoto to the latest version.
So i go to the Mac App Store i get this message, "The item you've requested is not currently available in the U.S. store."
With the release of the 3rd Yosemite update,10.10.3, which includes Photos, iPhoto is no longer available for purchase.
I would recommend that you use Photos.

I keep getting this message when buy credots for clash of clans on iphone through itunes which is tied to my credit card.

Did you follow the instructions in the message and contact Apple, which you can do through iTunes Store Support. If Apple have asked you to contact them, then the issue can only be resolved by them. -
I get a message that my new computer is not "authorized" to play certain files - music, videos,- in iTunes, but when I go to the screen to authorize it, I'm told it's already authorized.
It's corrupt. Delete and redownload it if doing so is free in your country.

I don't understand. Every time I try and download "from icloud" a song that I have already purchased it gives me the same error and tells me that I must wait 90 days before downloading stuff from a different ID. It only happens with some songs. The money from my account says it was spent on that song but it will not let me download it. I understand that the reason for having the 90 day wait period is to prevent/discourage people from sharing things, but I bought the songs myself. Please help. Or tell Apple to get this fixed becuase I know I'm not the only one to have this problem.
There's nothing you can do and I doubt that Apple will change this. I suspect it was required by the copywrite owners as part of their aggrement to participate in the iTunes store.

I had to take my computer back to factory settings and I lost my music.How do I get my music that I previously back on Itunes?
It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer files/docs/pics/music/etc.
Certainly you did not restore your computer without making sure that your backup copy was up to date.
If for some reason you have failed to maintain a backup ( not good), then you can transfer itunes purchases from an ipod: File>Transfer Purchases -

Hi there ninjajune! We understand the importance of receiving e-mails! Which e-mail account are you having this trouble with? Have you tried to delete the e-mail account and add it back? What are you trying to use as your payment method, credit card, debit card ... ? If it's a debit card then I don't think that they are still accepted as a valid payment method in all countries - from this page :
You may be able to use other payment types in your country, like debit and Maestro cards.
which implies that they are not accepted in all countries, and there have been a number of posts about them being declined.
For a card to have a chance of being accepted it needs to be registered to exactly the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, and have been issued by a bank in the country where you and your iTunes account are. If it is then you could check with the card issuer to see if it's them that are declining it, and if not then try contacting iTunes Support (these are user-to-user forums) and see if they know why it's being declined (but you might not be able to use a debit card) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management -
