Why am i unable to update iphote? i keep getting a msg saying "your apple id has been disabled"!
I think it was after I bought Itouch nano that my apple pg does not really work.
whenver i attempt to update, it keeps saying "your apple ID has been disabled" so i tried changing passwords hundreds times.
I called customer service but the call got lost several times on its way to technical support. so i quit.
What should I do?

When i try to purchase or update it says "Your Apple ID has been disabled." I have contacted Apple 3 times and they told me to change my password each time and i told them i tried that, but it didn't work.They said they would try to fix it and they never contacted me after that. I have an ipod touch 2nd generation.
What did itunes support tell you?
If you did everything it says then you contacted them.

I just realized today that the charges are not fraudulent, they are "in app purchases." One of my daughters downloaded the game Top Girl which is FREE, but in the game Top Girl you use money in the game to purchase things. It just so happens that the money you use to purchase things is real money MY Money!!!. My daughter thought she was using play money in the game and had no idea she was using real money. She spent $106.00 buying stuff. Now I have to call the bank and tell them to release the hold and pay Itunes. I'm hoping this solves the problem. On my I Pad I am getting a message tha says "Your Apple ID has been disabled". Nothing else. I have not tried to log in so I don't know why this is happening. How do I get it enabled?

If you rest it on your computer's iTunes then try logging out of your account on the iPod by tapping on your id in Settings > Store and then log back in and see if it then works.

You could always try getting in contact with iTunes Support via expresslane.apple.com to see if they can look into your account and see why it is disabled.

Why are my devices saying "your apple id has been disable"?
All of my devices are saying my Apple ID has been disabled, whenever I try to update or download, and its really irritating because I didnt report anything, I didnt enter my password wrong, and the I only download the free apps. Why is this happening? What do i do? I already emailed support but that culd take up to 24 hours.

I really need some help here. I would like to say the APPLE staff has been helpful for me, but I am very disappointed in the "service" I have received. I have tried to reset my password, I have taken my phone to APPLE, they were rude and were no help, at all. I have always been very satisfied with my iPhone and iPad, but I am sad to say I am frustrated and discouraged.
I am unable to purchase music or apps, and whats more frustrating is the fact that I cannot even update the applications I currently have.I've tried that too. Everything I am being told to do isn't working.

Depending on why it's been disabled, you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
Or you might need to contact Apple : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
If your account then works on your computer's iTunes but not your phone then try logging out of the account on the phone by tapping on your id in Settings > Store and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on it. -
im back with another problem, i wasnt able to download apps with my debit card so i switched cards it let me download 2 apps and now its saying my apple id has been disabled WHY????????????????????
It says your Apple ID has been disabled because your Apple ID has been disabled. This is usually because Apple's iTunes store thinks that your account has been compromised. You need to contactiTunes store support.
