Why are the graphics/page in facebook suddenly smaller font and images? Is not happening in IE and screen resolution is correct.

I heard back from Nike+ support and they said that there will be newer pics soon and it also appears that this corrected itself for my runs, but not the user pic, I only get girly options, I wouldn't mind a picture of a guy on 'ROIDS!!! Just kidding, but something less feminine or cartoon like, I'm trying to be serious about this and the site should reflect that.

This was a comment from my business users who have worked with various versions of SharePoint. I understand SP 2013 has put in logic to make the web pages to be compatible with a wider set of browsers and screen form factors. Nevertheless, the issues raised
by my business users are valid.
Comparing a basic web part page of SP 2013 with SP 2007 and 2010, their feedback was:
SP 2013 pages do not have clear boundaries
SP 2013 pages are generally devoid of colour. This is makes it harder to visually distinguish links from ordinary text.
SP 2013 pages appear to leave large swathes of screen space underutilized.

Hi,
1. When insert a web part in SharePoint 2013, you can edit the web part and change the appearance and layout of the web part.
You can add the boundaries for the web part. (Edit page->select a web part ->edit the web part->in the appearance section->in Chrome Type, select title and border->after that you can see the boundaries).
2. The color of the links depends on the theme you have selected in SharePoint 2013. Different themes set the different colors of the links. You also can customize the theme or composed look in SharePoint 2013.

3. In SharePoint 2013, the space between different zones is set by default.

Why are the birthdays on my calendar suddenly unremovable?

Ever since I synced my calendar to Facebook, the birthdays have become unremovable, even if I deselect the birthday calendar. Why is this happening?

I should also mention that I have also removed Facebook syncing to my calendar and contacts, yet the birthdays still appear and are unremovable.

Why are the Graphics on Nike+ site almost all female, even for the guys?

I was just wondering if I am doing something wrong. I signed up for NIKE+ and set all of my settings correct in MY ACCOUNT, made sure MALE was checked, but for some reason the only place where there is a male graphic is on the SET GOALS screen, but my goals are tracked by a woman running across the top of the screen. It doesn't bother me that much, but the user picture is only female as well and that does bother me. It sort of goes against the apple concept similar to iLife "Personalize Your Life" which apparently the NIKE+ site does not offer. I think apple might need to get in bed with nike a few more times a week and knock her up to get the point across that the consumer should have choice, and a lot of it.

Considering the price of a macbook pro, why is it they don't offer anything more than intel iris graphics or a 750m? That's the only thing holding me back from getting a macbook pro. I like to game, and those 2 just aren't enough for the kind of gaming I do.

Just recently downloaded the book The Extraordinary Leader. All of figures in the book are to tiny. Is the a new update to this book that can fix this?

You need to get in touch with the publisher of the book and alert them to the problem, like I did here. They should be able to update the book after which you can then redownload.

Why are the events I create in my calendar on my iPhone 4S not transferring to my iCal on my iMac when i sync the phone?

None of the events I have posted to the calendar on my iPhone 4S are visible on the iCal on my Mac. I have the sync settings correct, I believe, but nothing appears on the Mac. Any suggestions?

Why are the contents of a message folder there on my iPad but not my iMac?

On my iMac, the list of Mailboxes on the left of my Mail window shows a mailbox with the same name under both the "on my Mac" heading and the "iCloud" heading. but neither Mailbox appears to contain any contents. The Mailbox with the same name is on my iPad and has all the messages that should be there. I want the is data available on both my iMac and my iPad. My iCloud I/D on my iMac is my me.com e-mail address and that on my iPad uses the mac.com e-mail address. I use Mavericks 10.9.4 and IOS 7.1.2

At a guess there is some minor inconsistency with capitalisation which is triggering the incorrect order. See Grouping tracks into albums for more detail.

Why is the master page default for 2 pages?

New to ID; Why are the master pages paired? I made several Master pages that consist of one page and they worked fine, so I'm wondering what I'm missing; no doubt there is a reason that the default is for a pair of master pages. So, what;s the reason?

Master pages are paired into spreads when you have "facing pages" checked off in your document setup dialog. This allows for having different information, like mirrored positioning for page numbers, or different running headers, on opposite sides of the spread.
If you only make single page documents or docs that are printed on only one side you might want to uncheck that box.

I came across this paragraph in Inside Microsoft SharePoint 2010; page 126 :-
When SharePoint Foundation provisions the Proposals document library,it creates a folder named Proposals at the root of the site and then it creates a child folder named Forms.
Inside the Forms folder, it creates a set of site pages with names such as DispForm.aspx, EditForm.aspx, AllItems.aspx, and Upload.aspx. The reason that SharePoint Foundation creates site pages inside the Forms folder for each

My question is that:-
1) What us the root of the site means?
2) Are the pages for edit/add/allitems created in filesystem OR in the content database?
3)Suppose we create new sitepages, then where are they stored? In filesystem or in content db?

For All above queries the data and site pages are stored in content database
Root folder: A folder created for the document library under the web (sub site) and another folder created as child folder named Forms. Site pages are created in SharePoint content database
SitePages(Add/display/edit): These pages are created in SharePoint content database
Note: The SharePoint will not create any physical aspx page OR folder in the file system while creating document library.

Why are the publication type

I'm trying to upload my book to ibooks. I'm in the itunes producer, latest version. I am at the rights & pricing page and both the publication type and the price tier are grayed out. When I get to the deliver page, it says I have errors, so I go back to rights & pricing and it will not allow me to 'choose' anything. They're both 'blank' or 'grayed out' and I have no options. I'm stuck in a vicious circle and can't quite figure out what I'm doing wrong.
When I go to the user manual for itunes producer and look at the rights & pricing section, it says that the tier is determined by my contract. Which contract are they referring to? lol

At this point, I'm ready to throw my mac out the window. I love all of Apple's gadgets, but this def con 1000000 security is a bunch of baloney.
I can NOT accept any contracts and I believe we have figured out why.
For some unknown reason, my husband's account is listed as primary. When I go into manage users, he is listed as primary (as if this is 1866!) And no matter what we do, I cannot get access to any of the legal contracts. Therefore I cannot accept any.

Hey, I just had this problem, I went into Settings -> Privacy-> Facebook (which is where I was saving photos from) -> turned it on, then back to settings -> Facebook-> and logged in. When I went back to Facebook and saved a photo and it saved to my camera roll. I haven't tried it with anything else yet though. Hope this helps!
