Why Can't I Download My Videos to iPhoto?

I have always been able to download the videos from my Canon Rebel T3i to iPhoto '09 (version 8.1.2.) but now I can't! I am a HUGE video and photo taker of my family on a daily basis, and it's killing me to not be able to! I am being forced to keep the videos on my camera (which is taking up space and therefore not allowing me to take very many additional videos/photos) because everytime I try to download them (there are 5), iPhoto displays the first pop-up below (which it usually always does) but this very last time, it displayed the second one... (it has video file names instead of IMG_ names. I just didn't want our last name visible to the public). Can someone PLEASE help?! I have never had this problem until I started running out of space on my computer. Could that have anything to do with it?

I just purchased the 2004 ALCS Game 5 video. When it starts to download under Purchases, it says the download was interrupted. Please choose Check for Purchases in the Store menu to resume downloading. Once I check for purchases, the same message comes up again and again. What's wrong? Why can't I download TV episodes in Germany?

I would really like to know why Apple won't/can't offer downloads for Videos in Germany.
It's very very frustrating to find your favorite show, only to see a certain iTunes Message which goes like 'The content you are requesting is not available in the German Music Store. Please Click OK to go to the American Music Store'.
Upon doing so you get the complete listing of your favorite show and eager to pick the ones you'd love to watch you are being cut off at payment time with the message 'The Account you are using can only buy content in the German Music Store ... bla bla'. It's frustrating. At least cut us off right from the beginning, lol!
Anyway, I really wouldn't mind paying for my favorite show which is even better (IMHO) with the original spoken language intact but if the license holders don't want my money I guess I have to relate to other sources.

Andre, when you said "if the license holder don't want my money", you said the key words. Apple doesn't control what can be distributed in each country's store the copyright holders in your country for that content do. Until they negotiate a contract with Apple for distribution rights, I'm afraid you're out of luck. Sorry!

Are you trying to download YouTube videos with a Firefox extension?
YouTube (Google) seems to have made changes to their servers and that prevents the extensions from working for now. 
You will have to wait until the extension developer has released an update to fix this or check for a possible beta version.

Purchasing extra iCloud storage doesn't increase the space on your iPad, it only increases the space in your iCloud account. If you don't have enough free space on your iPad, you'll have to remove someting to make more room. You might, for example, import your photos and videos to your computer and delete them from your iPad to make more room, as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083.

QuickTime is capable of playing more video formats than the iPad. The iPad can play M4V, MP4 and some MOV format videos. It can not play formats like WMV and FLV.
One thing you can do is to convert the video formats on your computer.
A free program that can do it is HandBrake, which is available for both PC and Macintosh at <Download>.

It might be. Not sure. Mainly because I never paid attention to those animal names.
Unfortunately, I can't see your question from this screen . . . but I think you asked if clicking with the mouse got any response. The answer is: None at all. I've tried clicking on the right, left and center of the mouse, but it just sits there, like the lump of plastic that it is. But only when it comes to individual graphic images.
The really frustrating part of all this is that I know I am doing exactly what is needed to download. i did it with no problems at all for years, before launching Safari, and still have no problem whatsoever downloading e-mail attachments. And as long as the website I'm visiting recognizes my current version of Internet Explorer, I don't have problems on my other Mac either. Sure wish I knew why.

My iPod Touch can no longer download Podcast Videos after upgrading to iOS4

After upgrading OS 3.1.3 to iOS4, My iPod Touch (2nd Generation) can no longer download such video podcasts as NBC News, CBS News, ABC News and Cranky Geeks from iTunes store. The moment the download starts, there is always an annoying prompt "this video cannot be played on this iPod".
It's really frustrating!!!

Hi. My camera is a Canon 600D. And yes my videos are stored in the Aperture library and they are not referenced. Even then I tried to select all the videos in Aperture and clicked 'consolidate masters' and there was a messge that said all 'none of the files are referenced',... so they didn't need consolidating.
I also tried preferences> export> external video editor > choose > iMovie. And then right click on the video to edit with imovie. Even then the video didn't show up in iMovie. It seems like the only option for me is to import the videos directly to iMovie which means there will be two versions of the same file stored in my computer eating up space.
APPLE. What are you doing?
