Why can't I download trial for Acrobat Pro on my Mac? I get an error message. I click the download: "Install Adobe Download Assistant", then click on it, see Adobe AIR application instaler, then get "Sorry, and error has occurred. This application cannot be installed because this installer has been mis-configured. Please contact the application author for assistance." If I knew who the application author was, I'd contact him! There are some known issues when downloading Adobe Download Assistant which you can find at:

So, you might alternatively need to try downloading Acrobat from the link given below:

Note:
1) You need to stay on the Adobe trial page for the respective product that you're downloading. You should be signed in.
2) Copy/ Paste trial link for the files that you're downloading from Prodesigntools on to the address bar of Adobe trial page and hit enter.

Can't really read your graphic. In any case, just download it to a local folder. Then run the program. Don't put it in the run mode that will start the program as you download.

My thoughts are that your difficulties could be one of these:
your non-retail DVD may only work on a very limited range of Mac minis
the installer may not like your new RAM
the installer may not like the language change especially if the disk has not been erased first
I have seen a little evidence for 3 in the code of other Leopard install DVDs - they appear to have less stringent language checks for erased volumes. Whilst I have never modified model specific installers I have modified retail installers to ignore speed and RAM checks.
My advice:
back up your whole mini hard disk to an external disk - see notes
erase the hard disk and partition into 2 volumes with Leopard install DVD
try to install Leopard on one volume
put original OS on the other volume
Notes:
Carbon Copy Cloner can be used to backup the whole hard disk
ensure the mini can be booted from the external disk before you erase the internal disk

How can we get incremental updates for Acrobat Pro 9

We have VLK for Acrobat Pro 9 and the only version that doesn't crash Office 2007 Professional Publisher is 9.4.6. I can't get just that update to install it jumps from 9.2 to 9.5. 9.5 falls into a loop for prompting for saving information.

You get the updates by going to http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=1&platform=Windows for Windows. There is a similar page for a MAC.

Pressed download button for trial version of Pro but could only download Assistant, which did not lead to downloading of Acrobat XI Pro. Repeated action and failed repeatedly. I have been sent here by you customer service team to make a complaint.
I have recently purchased Windows 8.1 pro student as a download. I need this for university and was planning on boot camping my mac to do this. I am told the only way to download this product is with a windows machine. I have tried at work but need administrator
privileges also.
This is simply a ridiculous system that you need the operating system that you are downloading to make the download occur. You should be able to download an iso file or the like. I have ordered a backup media (obviously at my expense).
The customer service people I spoke to were very unhelpful. Also this process of complaints is poor. Why can i not talk to someone re a complaint?

Why can't I download updates for my ipod touch 4G?

I have a pretty old windows XP. I'm not sure what year exactly, but we've had it a long long time. We have it on a wifi connection, with our router in the basement, but internet connection never seems to be an issue so it's not that my internet is quiting. What's happening when I try to download, is that it says it's going to take two hours to download, and the speed it goes at will take at least to hours for a fairly small download. Then, after a certain amount of time, which is always different, it stops downloading, and a window pops up saying that my network connection has timed out, and to check network and connection settings. It says on the download bar, (err = .3259)
I haven't tried playing around with firewall or anything, but I haven't been able to download the updates for 4.3.2 or 4.3.3, and those are the only ones that have been available to me, since I just got my first ipod not to long ago.
If it helps, I have the most recent Norton antivirus and AVG Free

As Peter said, launch Firefox browser and then click on the Download Manager button. The popup window will ask for missing plugin. Click on the missing plugin and Firfox will automatically download the matching version of Java plugin required to download the software.

I just now noticed your system version in your topic. Thank you for providing your other system information. Same should be in your profile so that if you have any other problems, you will not have to repeat yourself or the helpers here keep asking you for it.
If you uninstalled all the older versions of flash player on your computer....
Disconnect all peripherals from your computer.
Boot from your install disc & run Repair Disk from the utility menu. To use the Install Mac OS X disc, insert the disc, and restart your computer while holding down the C key as it starts up.
Select your language.
Once on the desktop, select Utility in the menu bar.
Select Disk Utility.
Select the disk or volume in the list of disks and volumes, and then click First Aid.
Click Repair Disk.
Restart your computer when done.
Repair permissions after you reach the desktop-http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2963 and restart your computer.
Install flash player, repair permissions again when done and also restart your computer.
If still having issues, you should post in the Adobe forums.
