Why can't I find an email address to enable me to communicate directly to Adobe?

I am struggling to find an email address to enable me to contact Adobe re my monthly rental fee for creative cloud which is higher than it should be since I already have CS4 extended. I don't think Adobe wants to make it easy for its customers to talk to them!

Why can't I copy contacts' email address from their name card in lync 2010

so here is the issue I have, when I need to copy someone's email addresses or their phone numbers, normally I will find them on lync, move the cursor on them, and their name card will show up, then I move cursor to their email address or their phone numbers,

this is not a big problem, but it's really annoying, does anyone know why this issue happen and how to permanently? I tried to reinstall, does not work.
this issues happens with both lync 2010 32 bit on 32 bit win7 and lync 2010 64 bit on win7 64 bit.

Please try to delete Lync user profile and information in registry.
The path of Lync user profile: <user profile>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Communicator\
The path of Lync information in registry: HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Communicator\[email protected]
Please also make sure Lync client update to the latest version.

HT5621 Why can't i change my email address?

I'm trying to change the email address linked with my apple ID, I don't have access to my old one anymore and it seems to think my other email address is already linked to an itunes account. How is this possible when it is my email address? I cant use icloud because i cant verify my email coz it's my old one and recently lost a phone to a hot tub and all photos of my new baby because it won't back up to icloud or let me change my email, im getting really annoyed with it now.

Once an email address is associated with an Apple ID (such as the login for iTunes or here) it can't be used with any other Apple ID.
To change your iCloud Apple ID, just create a free address at GMail or Yahoo, then change the address at http://appleid.apple.com
You will need to sign out of iCloud on all your devices and sign back in again. If any of your devices are running Find My iPhone/Mac/iPad turn it off before you do anything or you will run into problems.
You sign out on the iPhone by clicking the 'Delete Account' button: this does not delete the account from the server, only remove it from the phone.

Why can't I add additional email addresses to my Apple ID?

In my family we share the same Apple ID.
However, we would like to be able to use iMessage and Facetime amongst the different units (iPhones/iPads), which requires me to have several email addresses registered under the Apple ID, as all units (ie. the iPads) do not have associated phone numbers.
However, when I add them directly under Settings -> Facetime/iMessage -> Add Another Email it gives me an error (unspecified - it just says an error occured), when it tries to verify my email.
I then figured that I needed to have all these different email addresses registered to my Apple ID we all are using. Hence I went to appleid.apple.com and signed in to manage my Apple ID. I tried adding additional email addresses under "Add Email Address". But when I push "Save Changes" after having added another email address nothing happens. It just sits there.
I have tried several different browsers on different Macs and even on the iPad, but all with the same result.
Can anybody help?

I was able to get my MobileMe email address verified tonight... I logged into the Manage Apple ID website with my MobileMe email address and it again said it's own email address wasn't Verified. So I tried, for the **** of it, to add an additional Alternate Email Address and added the MobileMe email address for which I was logged in as. It immediately took the email and marked it verified with the green check mark. The only thing, my MobileMe.com email address shows up as the Primary and then again listed under the Alternates. I tried deleting the one listed under the alternate but it doesn't go away. I'm just trilled it's now verified and I can log in and use my MobileMe email address in the iMessage, FaceTime and Find My Friends services!
I still cannot, however, delete my MobileMe email address that's still listed as an un-Verified alternate on my old iTunes Apple ID, but it's not affecting the fact that my MobileMe email address is NOW verified on my MobileMe Apple ID!
So all is finally working now, after a week, and after being on Apple's Express Lane Chat and to the store's Genius Bar on Thursday 10/20 which were both a joke.

that I've copied using my mouse from another email to the To, CC or BCC fields? I've found that it works if I use the mouse to copy it but I have to paste it using the keyboard (control v).

Apple has whole departments that enforce the uniformity of User Experience across the way Applications work. So it was puzzling to me at first why these should behave differently from, say Cut and Paste in a Word Processor.
On closer examination, you generally are not selecting and cutting the middle six letters, or pasting with an insertion point into the middle of a field of letters. You are instead manipulating these email Addresses as "objects", and the drag-and-drop metaphor can be used to duplicate and re-use them.
If you were to instead take only the firstname out of an Address (which is difficult, as mail wants to select the email Address as an "object" in its entirety), and paste it into the middle of a different field that is actually text, I think the right-click options should work as you expected.
No offense taken. This forum format does not lend itself to subtlety in expression.

I've tried registering for a new account, using my existing username but to no avail. So I suppose I've got to create a new username, etc. I'm getting too old for remembering all my username/password combinations as it is, without having to invent new ones because of a poor design. You people should be setting the standard when it comes to things like this.
Also, no wonder there are so many security holes caused by people using the same username &/or passwords across multiple accounts if they have to create a new user account when they only want to change their email address.
Oracle - your design for this OTN membership scheme is poor & its not helping security. Fix it quickly, fix it now.

Why can't FaceTime verify my email address on my Mac but it works fine on my iPhone?

I can receive and make facetime calls on my iphone but it won't work on my Macbook Pro. It used to work fine and I haven't changed my email address or password. It has now automatically logged my out and won't verify my email address to log me back in. Does anyone know how I can fix it?

I have been troubleshooting this issue myself for over 3 weeks now. I have looked through 20+ forums searching for answers. I know your pain. Here's what you need to do:
You need to call Apple. The problem is NOT on your end! I spoke with an Apple representative and they said that it is a "registration issue" and that THEY need to reset security settings. I waited 14 minutes but the representative found the issue then reset it and I was able to sign in.
Call 1-800-275-2273 (It's free in the US or on Skype if you're in Europe!) When you call, you'll get the standard automated secretary. DO NOT SAY ANYTHING. If you say anything, you will be told that you either need to purchase a protection plan for $19.99 or literally "end the call". Just stay on the line until you're asked if you wish to speak with a representative. Do that and you'll be connected (for free). They will ask for you Macbook Pro serial number and a "Customer Code" if you have one. Tell them how long that you've had this issue and they'll confirm your Apple ID.
Once they confirm your Apple ID, they reset everything on their end and you should be set. Make sure that you are able to send messages/make calls before hanging up.

You don't FaceTime with an email address. You FaceTime with an Apple ID. Apple IDs use, as the user name, an email address but they are not the email address.

Why can I not clear previous email addresses?

I accidentally tried to login to my Amazon account with [email protected] instead of [email protected] Now when I use the Amazon login page and start typing ken etc it displays both the incorrect and correct email addresses in the drop down. However, if I select the correct one it replaces it with the incorrect one because it is at the top of the list!
Any ideas please?

Why can't thunderbird find my email accounts

I open up Thunderbird and it asks me if I want to create an account. I have two existing accounts that access my mail on Time Warner Cable's Webmail. One is PAWilkey and the other is Tx7Phyl. I had 100's of emails in these two accounts. Thunderbird seems to have lost both of them. I am sure that the emails are still on my harddrive but Thunderbird can't seem to find them. Also, Thunderbird only shows the Write Chat Address Book tabs on the bar. All the other items are greyed out. Anybody have any idea how I can get access to my accounts and emails again? I am currently on 31.1.0 of Thunderbird. I had been on 17.0.5 when I first saw the problem. I allowed Thunderbird to update itself in the hopes that it would be able to locate my accounts. No luck there.

I am sorry to hear about this. Here is what I would suggest you do in the interest of getting access to your email back rapidly.
I'd suggest [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profiles-tb#w_backing-up-a-profile making a backup of your profile], then trying to revert to a previous Thunderbird version.
In Windows Thunderbird updates are automatic by default. To avoid similar situations in the future, you could change that and decide to have a more conservative approach to upgrades.
You can uninstall the current Thunderbird version via '''Control Panel > Programs and Features''' and reinstall a previous version, download it from here:

Why can't I change me email address?

Went to adujust some settings in iCloud on the new iPad and went into my accounts setting, and on my info page it gives me my apple id/password/etc. Yet at the bottom in advanced settings i mis-wrote my email and now my mails won't sync with iCloud. And for some reason it wont allow me to edit it either. What can I do. Real begginer here pls keep steps as simple as possilbe. Thanks.

My opinion: I think you'll need to define what, to you, means "primary user". a primary user relationship can be defined manually by you one by one in the console, automatically by usage, imported via script, or the end user (if they know
how and you've allowed this in settings) can indicate a machine is a primary machine for themselves.
How is primary user relationship set, in your environment? Depending upon how that relationship is determined in your environment, then you can track for that particular machine how or why the relationship you expect to be there, isn't the relationship
the database acknowledges.
Standardize. Simplify. Automate.

There is no email address only a postal address. You can try to call CS, but they have no idea what the website does or is, or how to push opinions or concerns up the line. If you go a regional executive route, you might get a call, but they are not familiar with website operations or even know who to send your issue to. Perhaps one of your improvement ideas is something we can assist you with, in case it was something missed or we know another way to accomplish what it is you're trying to do.
