Why can't I see the iTunes store on my iPhone 5c?
Well then it is somewhere on one of your Home pages or in a Folder:
Do a spotlight search to see if it accidently got moved into a Folder: Swipe down in the center of the screen to bring up the Spotlight search and type in iTunes. If it is in a folder, the folder name will show up to the right.
If it is not in a folder, but shows up on the Spotlight search, then you need to look at each Home screen to see if you can find where it got moved to.
Finally, you can go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Home Screen Layout, which will reorganize all of your icons so that the original Apple core apps are on the first Home screen as they were originally. Of course, if you have a lot of app icons that you have set up on specific Home screens you would have to move them all back to where you wanted them. But that should put the iTunes icon back on the first Home screen.

Whenever I click to go onto the itunes store, sometimes it will appear in a flash and other times not at all. I have the updated version. have tried restarting my computer, am registered e.t.c I just can't see why it won't work. Help!?

Why can't I see my iTunes Store reviews? Are the artists having reviews moderated? It's been a week after writing a review on a few albums I purchased. I can see the reviews I've left when I view the settings in my iTunes account. The problem I'm having is that my vanity requires me knowing if people find my reviews to be helpful or useful - I actually put effort into some of my reviews. It would be nice to see feedback on the more critical reviews rather than seeing nothing but cult-followers of various artists leaving carpet-bomb 5-star reviews. It kinda diminishes the quality and legitimacy of iTune's recommendations as well as how they sort popular artists.

Go to settings, then scroll down to appstore and itunes store. Then tap id and sign out. Next, sign in again.
Or restart the device by holding power button until red slider appears. Slide it. After the iphone turns off. Hold the power button to turn it backon. Then try the solution above. -
After installing the latest itunes/quicktime update I can no longer acces the itunes store nad my iphone does not complete syncing. What can I do to fix this? I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling itunes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled windows updates. I have checked the firewall settings. what else?
The problem is with version 10.4.1. I had to reload 10.3 to get it to work. The recommendation from a previous poster worked for me. Here was their list of steps:
Go to Control Panel>Programs>Uninstall
2. Uninstall the following Apple programs in the following order:
a. iTunes
b. QuickTime
c. Apple Software Update
d. Apple Mobile Devices Support
e. Bonjour
f. Apple Appllcation Support
3. Reboot PC
4. Find, Download and Install iTunes 10.3 (you can find it at FileHippo.com)
If you start iTunes now you will get an error message saying that the current iTunes library was created by a newer version of iTunes. To correct this:
5. Go to your Music>iTunes folder and delete the "iTunes Library.itl" database file
6. Within this iTunes folder find and open the "Previous iTunes Libraries" folder and locate the most recently dated "iTunes Library (date).itl" database file.
7. Copy and Paste this file back into the iTunes folder
8. Rename this "iTunes Library (date).itl" file by removing the date. It should say "iTunes Library.itl"
9. Reboot PC -

Why can't I access the iTunes Store (iTunes 10.4.1)
Every time I launch the latest version of iTunes and click on iTunes Store, I get the error message "We could not complete your iTunes Store request. You do not have permission to access the requested resource." In smaller print it says "There was an error in the iTunes Store. Please try again later."
Anybody else have this problem? Suggestions anyone?

Why can't I get the itunes store to open?
Why won't the itunes store open? It appears briefly, then the screen goes white. I can still access my music, see my gift card balance, and play my music. I just can't buy anything new, and it's making me CRAZY. I've tried everything...please HELP!?!?!?!

-1712 is a timed out error. One reported cause (with other applications) is that the application is attempting to open a large number of files, or a file that no longer exists.
Try holding down the shift key when launching preview. This prevents the application from attempting to open windows that were not closed before quitting the application.

Why can't i access the itunes store?
I recently got a new computer with Windows7 and have not been able to access the ITunes store. I was able to get to it with my old PC running Windows XP, but now I can't get to it. I get an error message saying that I am not connected to the internet even though I am connected. Is there some other settings that I need to adjust before I can access the store? I have tried removing and reinstalling the ITunes software several times but it didn't have any effect.
Close your iTunes,
Go to command Prompt -
(Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
(Win XP SP2 & above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
netsh winsock reset
Hit "ENTER" key
Restart your computer.
If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.
Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now.

Why can I only see the iTunes Task Bar on my Mac?
I am a new Mac user.
I tried to sync the music on my iTunes on my iPhone 4 with my Apple Macbook Pro last night and got some error messages.
Today when I click on the iTunes icon on the Mac I can only see the iTunes task bar accross the top of the screen.
What has happened and what can I do about it?If you mean that you see only the iTunes bar and nothing else, not even the normal menus, you probably have iTunes in full-screen mode. Press the Escape key or move your cursor to the very top of the screen, then click the blue double-arrow icon at the very upper-right corner:

Why can I not access the iTunes Store after downloading IOS 7?
I cannot enter the itunes store(where you purchase music, movies, etc.) on my iPhone 5 ever since I updated my phone to iOS 7. I even made sure my itunes was up to date on my computer which it is and I then plugged my phone into my computer hoping it would fix the problem which it didnt. Please help me out this is really starting to bother me.

Why can't I open the apple store on my iPhone
First let me say this is a phone I got sent from Apple.
The issue I have is when using my extension cable once fully charged my phone says charging is not supported with this accessory.
Next issue I have is I can't log into the App Store on my phone. I click sign in put in my apple id and it does not show me as logged in.
Last issue I have is I have deleted and installed the Apple Store App and it tells me goto settings and use iTunes & App Store menu.
Oh and when I update my apps on the phone I still have to click the update apps when I connect phone to iTunes.

Why can't I access the iTune store anymore?

My iTunes store is showing up blank. I can see the icons in the top nav bar but the pages are all blank. it worked fine about two days ago. I've not changed anything on it lately. Toady i installed the latest software updates to see if that helps. But no luck. I've even deauthorised and authorised, still no luck. Checked my account details. Still no luck.
is anyone experiencing the same problem?
I'd really appreciate it if anyone can assist please.
