Why cant i view my call package+ add ons ?

My first post, i hope this isnt going to be the norm.
as said, i cant view my call package or add ons etc.
all i get is ...
"  We're sorry...
We have noticed you already have one of our great package deals. Please call one of our helpful advisors on 0800 800 150 who will advise you on how to change your package. "
to be honest, im fed up with calling the 0800 number to eventually only to speak to someone , in India I assume, who doesnt seem to know what they are doing....ive rang 4 times by the way...so for this problem i thought I would try here first.

    I am not certain what "the HTML5 player" is.
    To repeat my earlier question:

    I could search help pages all day long if I didn't have to, y'know... work. This is obviously a problem to which Adobe needs to research the solution.
    I am within the requirements of the service stated on the AdobeTV page, yet it doesn't work. Is it too much to ask that Adobe throw me a bone here?
    Sorry if I sound frustrated, but I spent hours of my time a couple of months ago, the last time I wanted to use AdobeTV, trying to figure this crap out and finally just gave up.

  • When loading Elements 10 why did it remove my Nic Software add-ons in Lightroom 3?

    I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Nic programmes but no success. And it is all now so slow that i am thinking of reinstalling everything. With Windows 7, 8 gb of memory and and i5 Intel processor, my computer should be able to handle this. Elements 7 was already there and working well, so I must have done something wrong. Any suggestions?

    Hi, After installing NIK plug-ins, Please check on C:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Lightroom\External Editor Presets folder.Here you can see some Nik- plugins templates , open any template in Notepad and see "ExternalEditorFullPath" verify this path is right and whether .exe file is present at this location or not.Also verify the status of this path and .exe location after using the PSE.I am confident, this is the issue of file path mismatch.     I had the same issue before and after the latest software update on my 4s, restarting , clearing cookies and data didn't work. What I did to sort it was Settings > Safari then changed my search engine to yahoo, went to safari and searched for something on yahoo then went back in to the settings and changed it back to google, works fine now

  • Why does the Welcome to firefox tab open with my google tab every time I open the browser? And why can't the browser hold any add-ons I downloaded? I loose then when I close the browser, even tool bars have to be reinstalled every time I open the browser

    Every time I open the browser the Welcome to Firefox tab is the first tab, then a second tab opens and thats my google, then a 3rd tab opens for me to reinstall my toolbar. This has been happening for a good year. Updates have not fixed it. Others have this problem. I did a search for an answer, the question is out there but no answer. Now if I go into add ons and add a background Theme or an extension it all is gone when I exit the browser. When I open the browser again I get all 3 tabs and have to install my toolbar again. I DO NOT want to reinstall as I will loose all my saved data, passwords, bookmarks, everything! I have had this computer for a year, Windows Vista x64 bit. Its not the computer, it's the browser.   • Why can't I access extensions thru Add-ons Manager?

    I just upgraded to version 8 on WinXP. Flagfox extension died on start up, so I tried to uninstall and re-install as suggested. However, Add-ons Manager says I have no Extensions, but Tools Menu lets me access and configure a number of extensions.

    Well, after restarting Firefox enough times, everything seems to have gone back to normal. I even have extensions listed in the Add-ons Manager. I guess I have a successful upgrade to version 8, but it wasn't a pleasant experience.

  • I got some extensions before i update, after i update, the extension is still on but i cant find the extensions in the add-ons manager

    some of my extensions is flagfox, greasemonkey, easy youtube downloader and some other which i cannot remember

    It is possible that there is a problem with the file(s) that store the extensions registry.
    Delete the files extensions.* (e.g. extensions.sqlite, extensions.ini, extensions.cache) and compatibility.ini in the Firefox profile folder to reset the extensions registry.

    I have noticed that my iphone 3GS,the app store crashes when trying to view "purchased" apps. I never had this problem until I updated to IO6. I still I have the problem with new update IO6.1.  Its only in my main itunes account [email protected] that it crashes when trying to view the "purchased" apps. With my other itunes accounts I can see my purchased apps. I dont understand why this is happening, this is extremely frustrating! I have been using my main account ever since i bought my iphone 3GS over three years now and never had a problem. Please help. I know there are many other out there that have the same problem.Why isn't this problem fixed yet?????

    Same here and no IOS6.1 didn't fix mine either.
    I don't this problem is ever going away.

    Can you post more specifics?  The current version of Skype is 6.5.  Did this happen after a recent update of Skype?
    If you camera is not working with the latest version of Skype, you can always downgrade to a previous release it may be more compatible with.

    I am an apple iphone user for long since iphone 2g but never had this problem till now. I recently bought an iphone 4d 64gb white and just after a day the 5.0.1 update came out and I installed it. Since then I cannot make out going calls and every morning I am getting a invalid sim display. Switching it off and on fixes that problem and all the other thing like recieving calls are working fine but I'm not sure about this problem. Is it a hardware problem or is still the problem with 5.0.1!!! This new update promised battery life and many other stuff aswell but mine become worse :[ dunno what to do now. I miss you Steve Jobs. Please any comment will be more than appreciated. Thanks....

    Make sure you both have iMessage turned on in Settings -> Messages.  The Receive At setting on your friend's phone will show how you can reach him/her (just as your setting will show how they can reach you).  Hope this helps!
