Why do I get a message that says "your account cannot be authenticated. If you have recently changed your email password please enter the the most current password in settings to continue...?  I can't get my email.  Help!

Hi there ninjajune! We understand the importance of receiving e-mails! Which e-mail account are you having this trouble with? Have you tried to delete the e-mail account and add it back? What is the make and model of your device? Additionally, are you able to access the e-mail account from a PC? Looking forward to your reply so tha I can better assist!

    I get a message that says:  your account is not valid for use in the U.S. store.   You must switch to the Canadian store be purchasing.  I'm close to the border would that cause the switch because it does it automatically.  Should I contact my internet provider  help.

    What store should you be using? If you should be using the Canadian store, try changing it in the settings.
    Settings>iTunes and App Stores>Apple ID
    Tap your ID
    Tap View Apple ID
    Enter your password
    Go to country/region in the popup window to change the store

    It  could be a problem at the other end, try again tomorrow. Also , try resetting your iPad by holding down the home and sleep/wake button till the Apple logo appears and then let it wake up, maybe that may help.

    We do have a place in the UK which we could use as an address, but for various reasons it gets a bit complex even though we still have a UK bank account. We moved to France when there were no iDevices and apps around, just bought the occasional music, so it wasn't a problem. Funny thing is I can't even download the free UK bank app because it's not available in the French store .
    I'll live with the problem for now as we plan to move back to the UK in a year or so - we miss the weather .

    It sounds like you haven't yet setup iCloud with that account and you need to do that on a Mac or iOS device.  Once setup, you can enable iCloud on a PC, but it needs to be setup first.

    Are you logged in as an administrator?
    Which anti-virus is installed in your computer?
    Teredo is a tunneling protocol designed to grant IPv6 connectivity to nodes that are located behind IPv6-unaware NAT (Network address translation) devices. It is installed by default and enabled so that it remains in a standby mode and comes into action only when required. This is typically when you install an application that needs Teredo to function properly. The main problem with Teredo is that it involves a bit of heavy-duty work, and if it is switched on unnecessarily, it might slow down your network connection. So, I would suggest you to try the following steps and check if the issue persists.
    Method 1: Update the driver for Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Adaptor:
    a. Open Device Manager by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking System and Maintenance, and then clicking Device Manager.‌
    b.  If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
    c. Look for "Teredo Tunneling Pseudo-Interface" (under Network Adapters), right click on it and select Update Driver Software...
    d. Reboot the computer and check for the issue.
    If the issue exists, try the next method.
    Method 2:
    Let’s disable and re-enable IPv6, that should make a difference as it has helped many users facing this issue:
    Disable IPv6:
    Try uninstalling IPv6 on all interfaces. To remove IPv6,
    Click on Start and type in Network and Sharing Center.
    Select Local Area Network.
    Go into the properties for each network adapter.
    Either uncheck the box next to the protocol "Internet Protocol version 6(TCP/IPv6), that will disable it, or select it and click uninstall, which will remove it off the computer.
    Restart the computer.
    NOTE: You should do this for each network connection.
    Re-enable the IPV6:
    Follow steps 1-3 given above and then follow the given below steps.
    Place a Check mark or select Install and install the IPV6.
    Restart the computer.

    Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

    Guys, I've solved my problem about that error -10202 (Selected driver not found).
    I have installed in my Mac Pro (OS X 10.5.8) a document with an extension ".rsrc" to correct the position of the accents in my keyboard, like acute accent, tilde and circumflex.
    That file is called "U.S. - International.rsrc" and it's stored in the following path:
    "Macintosh HD/Library/Keyboard Layouts"
    So, when it's properly installed, I can choose 2 country flags on the right side of the menu bar (U.S. - International and Brazilian).
    That's the clue!
    When I pick up "U.S. - International", my keyboard works fine with the accents, >>>BUT<<< Logic Pro 9 doesn't recognize my audio driver; and when I pick up "Brazilian", my keyboard doesn't work with the accents exactly as it shows me on each key, BUT Logic Pro 9 DOES recognize my audio driver.
    So, when I want to write anything out, I will pick up the "US - International" and when I want to work on the Logic Pro 9, I will pick up "Brazilian".

    Okay, you are correct the call is not supposed to ring in. Have you done any troubleshooting on the phone? First off, try power cycling the phone. Turn the phone off, then back on again. If that does not work, then try a reset. Hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. The phone will reboot. See if that changes things. Is the caller using the exact number that you blocked, or is it possible they are using another number, or have restricted the Caller ID?
