Why do I get this window on exiting CS5

Question

Hi all,
Using Vista Ultimate SP2 x64. No problems with install and program functions perfectly until shut down. When finished working on photos and close CS5 either with the 'Big Red X' or 'Exit' from the drop down menu I get this window
I know it stopped working I shut the program down. Windows checks for a solution but there is none to be found.Windows Event Viewer reveals the following
