Why do I have so much trouble loading Frontierville, and why do I have to refresh it so much?

When I go to load Frontierville, it takes forever; then when it finally does load, I no sooner get started then it tells me that the internet went all quiet and to refresh my page. What can I do to fix this?

Here's an update on my post.
When I click on my ITunes short cut, I get a window that says
I have no idea why I'm getting this error as I have not inserted a disc in my computer for months. I haven't created any playlists, nor have I purchased anything as I'm always denied.
In addition, when I am logged-in to the store (I'm assuming I am logged-in as my email address is reflected on the top left), when I select a song, then click Buy, I get the following error
I'm at a total loss as to why I am unable to do anything in ITunes, either through my desktop or IPhone. Quite obviously I don't have a network problem as I have to be on-line to even get into the ITunes store.
At this point, I'm convinced that ITunes doesn't want my money and am at the point that I'll just forget Apple and ITunes and try my luck elsewhere.
FYI. I have used two emails, and created 2-3 IDs/passwords trying to get into ITunes and buy something.

    Try a reset, press and hold both the home and power buttons for 10-15 seconds till the Apple logo appears. Release both buttons. Wait 15-20 seconds till your iPad starts on it's own.

  • My iMac has trouble loading fonts (and speakers) on startup.

    Some mornings my brand new work iMac (running 10.7.2) has trouble loading fonts on startup. Sometimes the speakers don't appear to be connected/active either. Both problems go away for the day once I've restarted the computer once or twice. Any ideas on why this is?

    The script is triggered by the load event when the homepage loads and the script only runs on the homepage. Everything works fine upon opening the homepage.
    If I leave the home page and return, the images will have trouble loading for about 3 to 5 cycles and I'll get white backgrounds for part of the time. The same thing happens if I enter the site from a page other than the homepage and then go to the homepage.
    I discovered, however, that if I enter the site at the homepage and then leave the homepage and return using the back button, everything runs fine. Apparently it then accesses a cached version of the homepage? Seems having two cached versions creates a conflict?
    This problem only happens with Firefox (I have ver 29.0.1). It does not happen on IE ver 11, Chrome ver 34, or Safari ver 5.1.7.
    I get the same problem with XP, Win7, and Win8 but, only on Firefox.
    Can you please fix this?

    From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
    Type or copy paste the following:
    ~/Library/Caches/com.apple.Safari/Cache.db
    Click Go then move the Cache.db file to the Trash.
    Quit and relaunch Safari to test.

    Do your images show, if you disable the option "Do not import duplicates"? If yes, then check, if the images have already been imported, eg. using Photo Stream, if you are using Aperture 3.3 or later.

  • Images have trouble loading on secure (https) sites..

    Often images won't load when I log into my E*Trade or PayPal accounts. I often have to refresh the screen to see them. It's happened a couple times on this site, but it seems to happen more often with secure sites.
    Anyone else have this problem?

    My problem was solved with my new iMac. For some reason, secure images wouldn't load always on the mini. Don't know if it was the video RAM, or what, but the iMac loads them everytime in Safari. I have another mac mini.

  • Trouble Loading Game

    I'm having trouble loading EA's Rail Simulator on my Satellite A100.
    On my first attempt I got the message insufficient free space, so set about deleting unused programs and burning pics to CD.
    Soon freed-up about 6.5GB.
    Tried again, got as far as entering the key number and on pressing return it just hangs. After about 20 secs the drive stops. Thats it!
    Have loaned the game to a friend with vista PC and it performs fine.
    My drive works well for burning CDs, and I have loaded other programs using the drive, just as a check. All is OK.
    Have tried loading game using remote LG CD/DVD drive, but the result is the same.
    Have used ccleaner to check/clean drives, all to no avail.
    Any suggestions?

    BTW, usually "download" refers to getting a file from a network (usually the Internet), while typically when something comes from a CD or DVD (such as this) is installed.
    If your kids bought you a new copy of the game (or you bought one), you should be able to create an account that comes with one free month of service that would allow you to play at the same time as your kids.  (BTW, if you DO create an account for yourself, make sure to check out Blizzard's Recruit-A-Friend program before you do so.  Once you create an account, it's too late to get the recruit-a-friend goodies.)
    How large are the C and E drives, and how much free space is on each of them?
    Not sure why the E drive is getting involved, usually a person has to explicitly choose a drive other than C.
    Also, once a machine has WoW installed and fully patched, it is possible to just copy the game directory to another machine.  (FYI to Best Buy moderators, since WoW is a subscription-based MMOG, copying like this is fully legal in this particular case - in fact Blizzard allows a person to download the game files from their website for free.)  In your case I would try this, but there are a WoW-related few registry keys you might need to remove first.  I don't remember which ones at the moment...  I'll look them up tonight.

    I'm wondering if anyone could offer advice on how to fix a problem I'm having with my web browsers. I can't seem to load certain pages (e.g., Amazon.com). The browser loads most of the page, but then gets stuck on the last item and never finishes loading (so the whole page stays blank). I'm having the same problem in Safari, Firefox, and Internet Explorer. I think it may be a javascript problem. When I turn the javascript option off in Safari, I have no trouble loading the pages. Also, when I look at the safari activity monitor while opening those trouble pages, the .js files are the ones that don't load.
    Things I've tried include emptying the browser cache, resetting cookies, emptying my java cache in the utilities section, and making sure all of my software is up to date.
    Any help or suggestions you could give me would be fantastic. Thank you so much!

    Do you have a style sheet [ CSS ] you are using in Safari-> Advanced Tab? if yes set it to none, and see if that helps.
    Whilst in Advanced tab check your network settings & make sure you've no proxies checked on.
    In " View " Check your Text encoding try using Unicode.
    Have you tried a restart,if the puter that can help.
    Have you run permission repair and see if DU reports any errors.
    In Utilities Disk Utility, First Aid tab. do not bother with verify perm.
    do run repair permissions. Stay on the left side of the Disk Utility

  • Trouble loading pages unless clearing cache

    I have been having trouble having pages load in Safari unless I empty the cache. I am always emptying the cache. As soon as I do, the page loads perfectly, and I don't even have to refresh. Anyone know why or have similar problems? It even has problems in these discussions.
    Also, it rarely is able to load an entire page in myspace that has a lot of pictures. Anyone have that problem too? Thanks!

    I have been having the same issue with Safari beta 3.0.4.
    Emptying the cache worked previously until today. Now even when I empty the cache and RESET Safari, some sites still won't open (like apple.com; nytimes.com)
    All the URLs I have trouble with in Safari work perfectly fine in Firefox however.

    I am having continual trouble loading windows 7 with my parallels.  Spouse has parallels version 3.0 for mac  (2008) (older) and has no trouble with windowsXP I have reinstalled windows 7 and am wondering if I should try purchasing and installing this older version and the XP version.  Any suggestions?  Am I missing something in the basic set up?  Thanks

    The W7 "partition" should be at least 40-60GB on your disk, the Ram used for W7 should be more than 1GB (I have it on 1.3GB, but if you have "heavy" apps better set to even more), PD6 itself uses continiously around 0.5GB in RAM, so I think having 2GB total RAM in your MBP is not enough. But you never said how much you have in your MBP.
    Update PD6 to the latest version (read: http://kb.parallels.com/en/111541).
    For other issues you could research the Parallels Fourums.
